I think its basically to allow people to take over buildings that were legitimately abandoned and then give rights to the people maintaining the building after the original owners abandoned it. Like abandoned for extended periods of time or perhaps permanently abandoned

Didn't like this one tbh. I googled Hasselblad because I'd never heard of it before and learning it was a camera company with Kodiak on the board made it pretty obvious camera companies were a category, but that just meant I had to google all of them with the word camera. Then yellow has five answers it could be.
