And I have already lost my shit and said things that will ensure I will never win custody of my child if I even fought for it so that is all moot.

She had evidence that I could try to match but can't erase. While I have been saving sweet texts that were very sporadic and dwindling in time. She has been saving texts, out of context videos, and so on for years to use. There is no fighting against that. She could have done whatever. But I didn't document any of it. Because I think that's a terrible thing to do to someone.

3. The point you are all missing here is that I poured my entire life into one woman for a third of my life. Who I care for more than anything in the world. And my life feels like it is crashing around me. Like sure. Hit the gym and lawyer up is fine advice. But, it doesn't help the state I am in.

I am going to lose my child. The woman I love. The entire world I created for my family is going to be for nothing. It sucks. I am sure I can maybe get over it. But, I can't hurt the person I love and do half the things you say. If that means I have no spine, then so be it. I have no spine then. Because she is going to take whatever she wants and do whatever she wants. And I am going to let her do whatever because I won't want to hurt her no matter how much she hurts me.

Told her if she is leaving I want her out now so I can sell my house. Trying to dictate to me what I do living wise if she leaves. Also says she is unsure when I say I want her out now if she is leaving (which I assume is buying time til the 1st when it's convenient for her) but at other times seems convincing she is staying. Other times seems deadset she is leaving. I noticed she basically stopped cooking and buying food for the house. So, she is probably leaving and just tagging me along til convenient for her. She bought bins the other day.

No, there is not legal reasons to break the law. Doing something morally to break the law doesn't make it legal or without repercussions. Morals are subjective. They are matters of opinions and vary from person to person. Are laws are to be followed to the letter of the law indicated and not moved around as we feel is right.

I can see this about you, but just because you're like this doesn't mean you can hold other people to it. Sometimes the bad does outweigh the good. You need to work on understanding the faults of your partner better too. Trust isn't real if you're ignoring the warning signs to do it. I'm not holding her to it. In fact, I am fully aware she is someone who looks for the bad in everything. She will nitpick anything until she finds something to complain about. But, despite this, I kind of accepted that just is who she is and continued to pour everything into the relationship, from all angles. I think I told someone before a lot of the relationship has been difficult because it has always felt like I always had a knife at my back at all times. I became accustomed to that knife being there and never being driven in. So, while many will be like, saw that coming! Sure. I mean, I saw the smoke too. It was just something that just became accepted as normal at that point for whatever reasons made sense to her. Maybe it is what made her feel comfortable. I don't know. But, I never expected it to be really driven in either based on the past. So, it still hurts.

I was years ahead on my mortgage now. I think I have like 40k in equity atm. I dunno what I can net on my house selling, because my kid did a little of damage when he was a baby. I need to fix the fence, pressure wash. My father fucked my kitchen floor up. I mean, if I could net 40k profit. That would pay the brand new suv I bought for my fiancee off at least. Then leave me like 8k. I could cash my 401k on, which would get me like 40k. That's enough for a down payment at least I guess. I just am worried the housing market down there might fuck me hard.
