The lens are bigger on my last pair. I figured that's why the peripheral is slightly distorted on the new pair. I do see sharper when I look directly at objects from front view, but the peripheral vision from the lens is blurry.

That's normal, it'll take a while to adapt.

The splinter cell mechanics make me very excited for this. Also can see it expanding into the Tokugawa era.

Cinematic looks good, but that's how it is with most Ubisoft games. I just hope the game is good because I like the setting and want them to continue the series in it. It would suck to ruin such a good concept.

I've been following Piers since the beginning of his coverage on the current conflict, I believe he is being genuine here. It doesn't mean he's pro-Palestine, but he does see something wrong. He still has shitty takes on it though and he'll give a platform to the bloodthirsty pro-Israel guys like Rabbi Shmuley. However, he does a somewhat better job at holding the flame to pro-Israel claims than other western media, but that's a low bar.

You are wrong. Most of the protestors were students and faculty. Only a small amount were outsiders. Even when Eric Adams was pushed on it for the Columbia arrests, he said there were only 2 non students that he knew of.

A majority of the counter-protestors were outsiders however.

No, you've been duped. The encampment was in an area where demonstrations happen all the time, the people they were blocking were agitators trying to get into the encampment to fuck shit up. It happened the week before when agitators got in, started assaulting the students and trying to steal their tents. Non-protesting students could easily walk around the encampment to get to class or wherever they needed. And I'm talking about UCLA because I was there and it seems most of the viral videos that are being cut online to push the "blocked from class" narrative seem to come from the same zionist agitators that I saw when I was there.
