It is thin enough that I do not overheat. There has long been a claim that West European food prep and North American food prep lack the other taste. You know of Sweet, Sour, Salty, Bitter? There is also Fishy or Umami. Pretty sure Umami appears as a secret ingredient. I first bought Thai Fish Sauce a half year ago. Worcestershire is kind of ubiquitous. I am not a lover of Fishy but I do love the variety. I sprinkled bonito flakes on my eggs-(mostly)-over-easy and it was pretty good.
