I saw cannibal holocaust without knowing the animal scenes were real, I learned that after the fact and it fucked with me a bit. Its not just the turtle thing either there's a couple more scenes. I dont know why some of these sicko "artist" directors feel the need to do something like that.

Its really disturbing. As is the fact the actors went along with it and actually did that shit. Id do a lot of shit im not into for a large enough sum of money but even if i was getting paid millions (which those people definitely didnt) and had a film crew and other actors acting like it was normal.... fuck no. Just no.

I hate work. I wanna be rich and never work again unless its small projects to keep occupied and sober and which seem fun. But i can deal with putting in my 40 a week and still being pretty broke. I couldnt live with myself if i ever intentionally abused an animal.

God i shot one deer and it was a super quick and clean kill and i still decided that very moment i was never gonna hunt again. Which is kinda lame imo cause thats the most ethical way to get meat if you hunt responsibly....

but im just too sentimental or something to kill a deer or anything else.

I've been riding bikes my entire life so I know at least the basics of maintaining them.

I did a bit of bxming in my teens too, but I was always much more into skating.

I was never really into skating. Full disclosure i tried to get into it before bmx but holy shit i suck at skateboarding. Lol.

Also there were no skateparks around here till after i graduated so bmx just had a lot more rideable shit.

I can do the work but parts still really add up. Even just tubes. But also chains, rims, stems, etc.

I've been thinking about investing in a new bike. I ride daily from spring to fall but these days it's only for transportation. I wanna get something better than my garage sale bike and get into riding trails.

I really need a new hobby that doesn't involve sitting on my ass and drinking.

That was my thought as well. I got my mtb and bmx now... but they do require significant maintenance.

I still drink when i ride but at least its good exercise.

I don't have any either. I don't have anything against tattoos and I think they look cool on other people, but it's just not something I have any interest in spending money on.

I'd rather spend my disposable income on my record collection, video games and books. And booze too of course.

Ive honed it down to liquor and books and bikes. Bikes take all the money i would spend on vids but fuck im finally getting to the point i need a current gen console. Miggt as well wait till theyre old hat at this point though.

Dude the chest tat i got on my 16th bday is shit. Lol. Id been harassing my dad yo let me get a tat for years by then. But he had a size limit so i got this little lame tribal dragon on my pec. Its not only a bad idea from the jump it was done by a shit tier artist who didnt even change from the outline needle to fill it in. I didnt even know there was a difference between shading and outline needles then.

which explains why it hurt so fucking much when he coloured it in.

The cross which runs down part of my spine hurt way less than that did overall and the spine is supposed to be a painful spot. It was done with only a thicker gauge needle but also didnt involve filling in.

I remember one time in hs I was after this chick from another school. She brought her boyfriend to my friends house and there was a bunch of us and we played football in a field. On the side was Pecan trees. This dude didn't even play sports but he lifted weights. I was in wrestling but wasn't as built as he was.

I made it work out that he was on the opposite team. They used him as a running back/wide receiver type shit. One play he went out for a pass and I admit he burned me but it lit a huge fire under my ass.

The next play they handed the ball off to him. I wasn't even covering him. We only had so many people so I kinda played a safety position. The second I saw the ball get handed off to him, I took off like a rocket and knocked him into a pecan tree.

I hit him so hard into the tree it shook almost all of the pecans off the tree and then he quit playing.

In the end, I didn't get the girl. But I did get my shot at that piece of shit and I made it count.

Fuckin nice.

i did something kinda similar in one of our trampoline fights. Except dude smashed another guy out and i just dropkicked him off the tramp with his backturned.

Speaking of that I will never forget the new years after grad it was all the hs people up the mountain at some cabin.

And theres this dude there whose name was fuckin johnny rodgers who knew me and knew tons of shit and had supposedly shared memories but fuck me i cant remember him even now. Everyone else swore he went to school with us for years. To this fucking day i dont know if that dude went to hs with us or if its a giant ass conspiracy theory.
