Our house had railroad tracks behind it and there was a massive blackberry bramble growing along nearly the entire fencline of the houses that bordered the tracks. I imagine it had been planted to discourage people who were wandering along the tracks from trying to steal stuff from the backyards along it. I would regularly climb up on the fence and pick blackberries when they were in season. One day I must have leaned too far out and I lost my balance, falling head first into the large, old, tangled blackberry bush. Inside it the vines were much thicker with large thorns. It was great. The date was at the outer edge so if you didn't push the card all the way back it would only stamp the time, not the date. Whenever I was late I'd just have to be on time the next day.
