My first PS3's motherboard broke so I had to buy a new one. Also had 2 DS Lites since the first one had the top screen suffer the hinge crack and actually broke in two. (The 2nd one also has a hinge crack and the top screen no longer works. I bought a 3DS the week it finally failed.)

Team Unlimited Ripper Mode Raiden

Unbuffed Jaesa + 2.25x Flynn vs. four guys is a very bad matchup for the former team. The tea with four will know not to wake up Haseo or let the other team kill the totem, so they dispatch those two easily, behead Haseo and then take down the unmoving Grigori. Pretty simple.

A fun point and click adventure (or point and touch, given the Vita screen). There's a lot of missable trophies involved that I used a guide for, but I generally figured out the storyline and item usage myself. I did enjoy how ridiculous the game got at times, there's some funny cutscenes and dialogue scattered throughout the game. It also comes with a complete port of the original Maniac Mansion, but I kept getting thrown into the dungeon so I didn't finish that part, just managed to microwave the hamster.

That's one of the games I wanted to complete this summer and I've got a lot more to do so time to play more. This frees up a good portion of my Vita memory card so I can download more stuff.

Overall, after playing Hitman GO earlier this year, I wasn't as impressed as I could have been. No extra missions, just get to the end of the level taking as many moves as you need. The extra missions became a hidden object game in the form of collectable vases, some which can only be seen from the right spot in the level - some being hidden very well and pretty rewarding when found. While the extra missions were removed, I think the regular mission difficulty was upgraded slightly, especially in the extra levels added after the ending, which was welcome to see. Even after the ending the game will still throw new tricks and puzzles at you, keeping the game's puzzles from getting too repetitive. I didn't like the controls much though. Without being able to use the control pad was a baffling idea and it led me to a lot of avoidable deaths. The touch controls for the vases and menus are good, which makes sense for a mobile port. I would definitely recommend Hitman GO over this game, but this game is still solid and worth a buy.

I wasn't expecting to get 5,000 trophies this fast, and it kind of snuck up on me with not many choices for a platinum (PSNProfiles says I got 149 trophies last month, second most in a month for me). I had started this for the Alphabet Challenge on TrueTrophies, and being a short game it was easy to finish up for this. I hit 4,000 (with the South Park platinum) in August 2016, so 6,000 in June 2018 I guess? Hopefully I'll be more alert this time to platinum a game I like a lot more that time.

don't bother with trophies until your second play through, it saves a lot of hassle due to carrying over equipment and money (E&L/Shallie require two anyway), any trophies you get on the first play through are a bonus

I never plan a course. On a second play through everything goes so fast you frequently need to waste time to keep moving the story along.

Only thing that is needed is to make sure you see all events. On vita that is easy since all events are pointed out except in totori and meruru, while the PS3 it's only added from E&L onward due to the time the games were released. there's plenty of guides for each character in every game if you really need them
