You could also use the opposite as a counter argument. Say you're in a tough spot or just can't get the one thing that would make your child happy. Isn't it easier to tell them that Santa couldn't get it this year, rather than them being disappointed by you?

Didn't read the article, but iirc, there are two reasons she's considering leaving. The first is because BBC wants to have yearly seasons of Doctor Who, which will take away from spending the time she wants with her child. The second is because Chibnall doesn't like how things are being handled behind the scenes of the show, which is making him consider leaving. If he goes, she talked about leaving with him since she apparently wanted the part with him as showrunner

I can only assume these trailers are using up literally all the Disney footage in the game, because they're trying super hard to not reveal a single thing about the primary plot.

This trailer is apparently the one that's been showing in theaters, so it makes sense that they're focusing on Disney to attract newcomers to the series

I can kind of understand why they did it, but I don't agree with it. Yes, he was a private person about his personal life which makes it hard to get any possible personal scenes accurate, but cmon, show the fact that he was gay. Reference his lifestyle. Show that he had AIDS and then show the fact that he was so private about his life. There's no reason to change a persons personality/life for what is supposed to be essentially a biography of his life.

Iirc, it's only one person making this, and he's been working on it for years while releasing demos and getting feedback. Pretty sure he either started or is starting a Kickstarter to get the funding he needs to get it published

Honestly, no. I'm just curious is all.
I've never driven for, or been a customer for Uber/Lyft, but I was just under the impression that most drivers provide some sort of music or way to play your own music during a ride.

Probably the fact that it feels like classic Mario party with individual turns, crossroad boards and 4 turns -> minigame. That and the fact that the minigames are all actually fun to compete with other people against. Also that the motion control and rumble are used really well and feel good to use as opposed to the previous Mario party games where it felt forced and awkward.

There are definitely complaints, but in my opinion, the bad isn't nearly enough to make the game annoying to play, and the good definitely makes it fun.

A couple of things I didn't fully understand though...
What was the point of that blue echo/light effect that happened a few times during the movie?
Why did the husband burn when Annie burned the sketchbook?
Why/how did Annie become possessed in the end? She was literally crawling on the ceiling

Great movie, and if the ending is all there is to it, I'm fine with that. But it just feels like mental illness plays a much bigger role and there's actually something else going on

I may be looking too much into it, but it feels like something else was going on the entire time. I understood the main "in your face" plot, but there were a couple of unexplained things that made it feel like the whole plot was a bit of a red herring. Did anyone else get that vibe?

If I had to guess, they're making a new direct, mentioning the already leaked/released stuff in a small segment, and talking about everything else, something new for the rest. I doubt they're just going to air the direct they already had at this point

It was a reasonable oversight if you read the article. The intent was to use a photo which had both of them in it.

Except that wasn't a photo with both of them in it, and during the performance that photo was taken from, there were no photos of the two together. It wasn't an oversight, that statement was damage control.

So, on topic, it was never stated that it was a power, but it's assumed that the 6 stones together can do pretty much anything.
That said, the writers have stated the reason that he didn't in an interview or something. Basically, he's a very unstable person, and he just needed to prove he was right.

in the final scene Carol Danvers is facing Thanos and he manages to knock her to the ground and is standing over her grinning. he's about to do a killing blow then the kid from Iron Man 3 suddenly shoots him with a nerf gun just long enough to distract so Carol can recover and kill Thanos

I'm gonna be really disappointed if she's the one to kill Thanos. It really should be Thor or Hulk or somehow Iron Man. One of the original heroes, especially if it's one that's leaving after Avengers 4

I've actually got this idea that at the end of the Captain Marvel movie, it'll show her getting snapped/disappearing, but putting up a fight to resist it somehow And during Avengers 4, She'll be the one to find a way to bring herself/others back
