Remember the Pizza Hut promo that gave you the VHS with the first episode ever of the show? I work it out to the point that it stopped working.

I'm pretty sure I had two VHS from Pizza Hut with episodes

That's awesome, I think the next time we went it was Land Before Time plastic hand puppets or something. I may or may not have cried that the x-men stuff wasn't there anymore.

I'm in this same position, paying about $130 for FIOS. I'm moving and told them to move my Fios but take away my TV package, so I'm getting Fios internet, and will most likely get Playstation Vue. It should save me about $30.

What state? What's stopping you from moving to the next step (like getting your license, which might be a way out of there)?

BC, Canada

Licenses are dealt with a little differently here. Going for my Learners again wouldn't be that big an issue. It's the money required and what I do after I have the license that is.

I have a friend that could hook me up with a job in the city. The problem is obtaining the money needed to afford rent. Getting a job where I am now is near impossible, and my weight doesn't help matters (which I am working on losing, but it's not easy).

Do it man. Lose the weight, you aren't getting any younger.

I'm 30, and out of shape, not overweight or anything, but I have this feeling of "I have my legs and my arms, and they work, and some people in the world don't have them. I should use them while I can use them".

Some day, it may be even more difficult for you to use them. Use your body while you can use it, before it becomes too late and more difficult to turn things around.

This is the mindset I try to push myself into, but 70% of the time I'm just lazy..

I have to be really honest here.

I originally played FF VII- FFIX probably around like 2002-2004ish, and ended up liking FFIX>FFVII>FFVIII

Recently in the past 8 months or so, I played all three of them on steam

I think I enjoyed FFVII the best. Then, not sure about FFVIII or FFIX after.

I found FFIX was harder to continue at certain points, but I couldn't figure out if it was because of the game itself, or because I was tired of FF RPGs in the short period of time I played them.

Overall though I had a better opinion this time around of FFVII than the first time I played it.

What parts in FF9 did you find harder?

I should clarify. I didn't mean that it was harder in difficulty.. I meant it was harder to keep my attention.

Because I loved FFIX the first time around so much, I'd like to think my attention wasn't kept as easily just because I had just been through FFVII and FFVIII and didn't want to play RPGs any more.

Not sure for sure though.

I just turned 34 yet I still feel as if I've barely started my life. Being unemployed and without a driver's license doesn't help either. I also live in a rural area which is more of a retirement town. Yes there are people here I grew up with but they have families of their own now. I never get invited to anything, nor do I go out to socialize much, and my friends live in the city. Until I can get out of here I don't see much happening relationship wise.

Honestly, my guess is you can save a hell of a lot of money if you stay a few towns away.

About 8 years ago I went down to FL to visit Universal Studios, and while I don't remember specifically that town I stayed in, I remember I booked a hotel/motel about 20 minutes out from Universal and just drove to the park the day I wanted to go. You can probably find a much cheaper rate doing it that way rather than relying on a Disney package, assuming you have a rental car or a car of your own.

Gimme the deets

I'm just wondering.

Personally, I'm in a relationship of almost 5 years.

No ring, and won't be for at least 1/2-1 year. Lived together for almost 3 years. Moving to a new state together in the next couple of months due to job opportunities.

I love my partner, but also reflect on my single/bachelor life and miss it in some ways. Not that I'd go back to it, but that I'm just fond of the memories.

So, want to hear CE's experiences.

Only Nintendo. I would seriously just like to sit in on a Nintendo meeting to see what type of drugs these men are on

They make more money if you buy the games individually on virtual console, I assume.

Which begs the question why even make these classic editions at all?

I can see the perspective of this argument, but for me, I'm not going to buy all of those games on the Switch. I may not buy any of them. Some of them I have on SNES, some of the games I have on SD like FFVI and Chrono Trigger, and others like Super Mario World I have on my old Wii, etc. But I want the SNES classic to have the convenience of them all being on one device if I do want to play them, and having the collector's item. Also, the NES classic was awesome because it's portable and I could easily take it to someone else's house, rather than unhooking a Wii U and Switch. If I wasn't able to get a SNES classic, I don't care enough about the games to buy them all on Switch. So no, Nintendo isn't making more money off of me if I don't get a Switch. I would imagine a lot of others are the same way.

I actually don't. I don't know really much about the series beyond what I've already watched. I grew up loving MMPR and watched through Zeo and halfway into Turbo and stopped. I never really returned to the series other than MMPR over the years until now, so I don't really know much about her.

Unrelated random question though about Turbo-ish. Sometimes I kinda watch the episodes while doing other things so there's something that either was never resolved or I just missed the resolution. I remember at some point them saying Demetria (or maybe it was Divatox), had a sister. When they said this I remember thinking that Demetria and Divatox were going to be revealed as sisters.

Was anything ever revealed as far as who ______'s sister was?

Kind of. There was this girl that I fell really hard for, the hardest I've ever fallen for someone. I found out that she was interested in me, she took me out for my birthday and we kissed for the first time. We ended up having sex and she was my first ever, but unfortunately for me she couldn't be in a relationship with me due to circumstances. I hoped and hoped that it would work out and I went through some really bad emotions for quite a while, because she and I would be fuck buddies on and off. During this time she and I used to fight a lot though. She was someone who could really push my buttons and I didn't like the person I turned into at times when I was heart broken about her. Then one day I got in one little fight and my mom got scared and said you're moving in with your auntie and your uncle in bel air. I whistled for a cab and when it came near the license plate said fresh and had a dice in the mirror

If it makes you feel any better that's the same exact feeling your parents had the 1st time they took you to go see the original movie.
