I would love to hear both side's arguments on this.

If you're not old/mature enough to drink, are you old/mature enough to own a gun?

Should the gun age be raised to 21? Should the alcohol age be lowered to 18?

I'm currently re-watching the entire series on Hulu (for the hell of it while I play video games), and I'm on Season 8. Love this show.

I've always wanted to do a "Was Costanza justified" topic where I go through each episode and talk about whether or not George was justified in his storyline for that episode, to see where the cumulative scale tips by the end of the series. I didn't get around to it on this watch through though. There are a lot of episodes that portray George as the bumbling petty fool when he was justified in his actions.

Id like to see that topic, actually

Episodes off the top of my head are the episode where George's girlfriend takes credit for the big salad he bought for Elaine, and the episode where he has to maneuver a marble rye back into the Ross' apartment because his parents de-gifted it.

my two favorites:

after interviewing well for a job, George's potential boss fails to communicate whether he will get the job or not. so he decides to show up and pretend that he was hired.

after going on a date with a woman, he purposely leaves Elaine's hat behind in an attempt to score a second date.

My favourite is when he turns his name into a jingle to try to get a second date, after stealing the chicks clock.

"Jerry. She asked me if I had the time! Do you think she knows?"

is that the same episode as the hat one?

Same episode. "Co-stan-za!"

This was what it was when I broke my lease, but I wouldn't have to pay the two months if they were able to find someone to take the apartment soon enough. That ended up happening, and I only ended up paying like $40 total to them.

If there's anyway you could find someone to take the apartment, you should see if that's an option to reduce your cost.

It seems par the course for a FF game. Maybe more of it is shuffled towards the front end than others though. All the main story pretty much happens up to when you get caught up at the intro campfire. Then the post game opens up and its all straight RPGing.

This could be the case, that it's very front heavy. I'll see how it feels when I get to that point

After playing FF VII-IX last year.

And I gotta say.. I remember one of the reasons I didn't like this game. It's way too much like a movie with interactive elements rather than a video game with cut scenes. Way too many scenes. I just wanna play and fight some monsters and grind while I watch some TV or something and advance the story when I want. Not every step into the next screen activates a cut screen.

That said, I'm still enjoying it, and I think I'll enjoy it overall more than my first playthrough many years ago. I think I was harsher on it back then due to personal reasons, but I think I'll enjoy it more this go around (already enjoying it despite the aforementioned gripe I have).

Thanks for listening I guess?

I thought it looked great, but I'm okay with other actors portraying Han Solo so that could be why. And I like that it feels like a heist film set in the Star Wars universe.

Yeah, a lot Star Wars fans seem to have this weird idea that no one besides Ford can play Han. I actually saw a post once that said something to the effect of "Star Wars fans would prefer Harrison Ford play Han in the prequel and insist, through sheer stubbornness, that he looks 20." It was entirely accurate to all the reactions I'd seen.

Like, I doubt this movie will be absolutely amazing or anything, but it looks pretty good. And honestly I can see and hear plenty of Han in this guy.

I think with such an iconic character as Han Solo, played by an iconic actor like Harrison Ford, you have to be very careful in your casting and not just cast some dude that kinda looks like Han Solo if you blur your focus.

is specifically for Web Development degrees, to have course content that is outdated?

This online university does not require the use of textbooks, so it saves money for the students. The course content is generally hyperlinks to various websites that have tutorials or learnings that teach you on any given subject. An example would be an Adobe Photoshop class, and the course content links to the Adobe help document/manual for Photoshop, which gives very dry "this is how you do this" instructions. There would also be other links to various online tutorials from independent web sites.

Often, I find that in 2017/2018, there are broken links that clearly would have linked to an article published sometimes 5+ years ago, which may or may not still be valid to the course material had they site not been taken down because it's old.

On one hand, I'm saving money by not buying text books. On the other hand, I'm paying tuition to basically be taught by various independent online sites that I could probably find on a google search. That said, I'm really paying money just to have a piece of paper that says I have a degree at the end of it.

So that said- is it acceptable to have these online programs with non updated content?
