Mostly the same. Status got a big buff though it's too early to tell whether it's better then regaulr raw/element now or not. Likely a decently high skill requirement to take advantage though considering how dependant it will be on short timed buffs and well timed dodges to proc skills. Buildup boost, Foray deco, chameleos blessing deco, Flaming Espinas weapons(the Long sword apparently demolishes other fire and poison longswords)

Element got somewhat more powerful with burst(chain crit) deco, and 2 more tiers of qurio element crafting. Handicraft 4slot deco also makes it more viable to get and maintain purple on several of the best weapons without compromising on other important skills.

Raw Gunning has an easier time making sets with level 4 jewels for the three main shot types.

Defensive sets got Embolden and Intrepid heart.

None of this is massive likely for overall times but most things got a tad more powerful and status went up quite a bit.

yeah Sanji gets flanderized too much and I guess the people of Japan find it hilarious because otherwise the gag would have ended already. His women shtick stopped being funny a looooong time ago

you can't fault Usopp
the ship was a gift from a girl he loved, and the only thing remaining of his hometown since his mom died, and a memory of her, he also did all the repairs on the ship. You can't fault him for being the closest to it. He was also feeling inadequate since he was nigh useless against Aokiji, got beaten up by the Franky family twice, and all the money stolen from him that they were gonna use to repair the ship. So he perceived Luffy saying they'll move on as a slight against him as well for discarding stuff no longer of use to him. That culminated in Usopp arguing with Luffy, and being told to leave the crew finally shattered him

It is to show that he has grown as a character. It's exactly in line with his characterization, just that it requires that the characters not be gimmick/one-note characters and thus able to grow over the course of the story. Water 7 is Usopp's character arc and is where he finally comes to terms with himself.

It's even more extreme if you buy in the interview where Oda implied/indirectly stated that the only reason that Usopp wasn't just flat out killed in that scene was because of the editor.

role lock quick play is a good reminder that most people have no idea what they are talking about lmao. The amount of blame i've seen going around has been insane. Even basic functions like
1) If you guys have no kill zone, it's a tank issue
2) If nothing is dying it's a dps issue
3) if everyone keeps dying, it's everyones issue
and 4) if tanks can't push because they have no heals it's a support issue
is lost on the average player

People who do nothing all match getting upset that they didn't get carried to a win and choosing a role to blame(Usually tanks saying it's a dps diff, spoiler alert if the game is being played correctly your tanks and supports matter a lot more than one bad or average dps)

this has been known for years that OW1 as we know it was effectively dead when 2 came out, not sure why everyones pretending this is egregious and new info. They had outright said that all balance changes in 2 would carry over to people who didn't pay for it since they were linked PvP wise.

i guess the only thing slightly knew is that OW2 is free to play so therefore there is no longer an option to buy it at all

i think the only time i ever saw him post here was to talk about boobs and he swore that he made normal posts, and then reading all of these people are implying that he does not in fact make normal posts

to be fair though, the focus should be more on creating memorable female characters than just adding "she" to stuff, because then their identity is just rooted in being the female version of an existing character and that just opens the door for more hate. Jen even commented on that when she first found out she was being called she-hulk lol.

Will it? For weapons at least it was extremely incremental far as new weapons went with new stuff mostly being meh or a side-grade rather then a obvious upgrade.
