Not quite the same situation though is it when you think about it

Yes it fucking is. There is an abundance of porn just as there is an abundance of "entertainment" and there is no one truly irreplaceable.

The whole point of economics is to keep track of debts to others. If everyone is jerking themselves off on youtube, what's the fucking point? Can we at least get some hint of benefit to others if we're going to hang onto the concept of jobs? We'd all be able to volunteer more time if we weren't tied down to some stupid job. If the common job devolves to this nonsense, there is no point in having the concept of a job in the first place.

You have far too narrow of a view on this.

At the very minimum those Youtube streamers are initially providing entertainment to some people. Entertainment is important. Entertainment helps people relax, provides them joy, and gives people things to bond over. A world without entertainment wouldn't really be a deary and terrible experience. You might not find a streamer to be entertaining (frankly, I don't either), but some people do. And if watching a streamer helps makes someone else's day more tolerable, then they have contributed something.

Then there is the back end of it. There is a system in place that streaming supports. Twitch/Youtube/whatever, needs support in both hardware and in management. The revenue these streamers bring help fund the company so that these companies can buy new hardware (which supports other industries and "real" jobs) and helps pay their management staff (again these would be "real" jobs). they also need to buy products from SG&A companies. They'll need to pay rent on facilities. All of these help make sure people in "real" jobs get paid and in turn can buy their own wants and needs. Entertainment is a huge multi-billion dollar industry. Most of that money is ultimately not going to the entertainers but the people with "real" jobs that support them. No entertainers and you lose all those real jobs.

Oh look, the all-too-common "entertainment" argument I pointed out earlier. Entertainment is worth shit. You cannot pretend this follows a logical economics model and then ignore the massive oversupply of entertainment. Anything can be entertainment. You can entertain yourself with your own body. There is already enough content created to last billions of lifetimes multiple times over. Without food you die and yet that is very cheap. Now imagine if you could infinitely copy food over the internet.

Technology is cheap and always getting cheaper. Bandwidth is worth next to nothing. People were uploading videos to youtube before "youtube stars" became a thing. Plenty of people upload things now without making a cent or barely making anything. The "value" of these attention whores is completely predicated on the advertisers thinking the "eyeballs" they bring are worth something. This is a fickle system, which is why mere algorithm changes can destroy a "youtube star's" "career" (hence the countless videos of them crying about "muh livelihood"). It's all bullshit built on a shaky foundation and I'll be very interested in seeing what happens to the system when the general economy is in a downturn.

"Real job" is just something people use when trying to bash entertainers, youtubers, streamers, etc.

Basically it translates to "I can't stand seeing you make money doing something that doesn't suck the soul out of you and make you hate your life."

Probably because there's no point to having the concept of "jobs" when they've devolved to simply becoming "getting eyeballs". Why still have jobs at that point when your "benefit to society" is the dubious "entertainment" label which is in oversupply since any idiot can do it?

Why is having a job your benefit to society?
You could donate or volunteer your time.

Yeah, earlier on Namco would sometimes release things under that brand:

Collectors of vintage 8-bit import games probably own a few Famicom or PC-Engine titles branded "Namcot," instead of just "Namco." During the '80s, when Namco entered the console software publishing business in earnest, it created a separate division to handle those releases -- Namco Home EntertainmenT, at least according to some reports, was shortened to Namcot.

Not true. Ever heard the saying, "you are what you eat"? It applies to the food you eat as well. A healthier animal will generally taste better. Of course, not better enough for me to pay the extra money, but still there's a difference.

Is taking a shit a job if you get paid for it? People talk about "real jobs" when referring to idiots who make stupid faces on youtube and get paid millions of dollars. Let's not be morons and pretend they're providing value. Of course ass-kissers will defend with, "they provide entertainment!!!1" except they're not getting paid for that. They're getting paid for bringing eyeballs to advertisements. The advertisement industry, as we all know, is a hulking tumor. Being an annoying attention whore is the easiest way to bring eyeballs, so these horrible people win in such a system. This is where the criticism comes from. Not, "ur jealous of the money hurr hurr". Not, "ther doing something they love so ur JEALOUS!!11 durr hurr". It's, "they're obnoxious people doing stupid shit for way too much money and we're not going to pretend it's not stupid".

The benefit to advertisers is dubious as well because the "more eyeballs = more sales" is not necessarily true. This was the mantra of the dot-com boom where entire companies were built on getting "eyeballs" and we all know how that turned out. This is one reason why the "adpocalypse" happened. Youtube had to adjust in order to better suit advertisers and these stupid-ass youtubers were crying because they felt entitled to their advertising dollars. Here's a tip for these people: GET A REAL JOB.

You have zero basis to make that statement.
There are things that are strangely more common in furry communities like a vastly disproportionate amount of furry males are gay compared to the population at large.
I've never seen anything that suggests the amount of zoophiles is any different.

I don't have any completely sound evidence, no. However, there was a survey done back in 2008 suggesting otherwise.

http://www.klisoura.com/ot_furrysurvey2008.php

And I know this is purely anecdotal but when you hang out in the more anonymous communities like those on Reddit (where everyone is using a throwaway) you get a hell of a lot more people opening up about their more immoral fetishes (including pedophilia or "cub").

There are more Jewish furries than Muslim furries? Whaaaat
