surprisingly, if you could only eat 1 type of food, the potato is the healthiest because it has tons of vitamin c as well as starches and other stuff. there are cases of people eating basically only french fries and they don't have problems (except brain problems).

potatoes and lentils would probably take care of most things, but eating a variety of vegetables is gonna be better I think.

Eating only 1 thing for prolonged periods is not recommended. Humans are omnivorous and we're hunters, gatherers, scavengers, and farmers for a reason.

blue moon has .2 milligrams of vitamin c in one. you need about 80 mg a day so 400 blue moons a day, which of course would simply kill you on day 1.

voodoo ranger has 0% vitamin C.

studies I found went for 10 days. i said you'd get scurvy after 8 weeks.

"liquid" diets involve smoothies and shakes. yes you can blend your food into a liquid if youd rather not chew.

they (scientists) don't know exactly why not, but it's clear you can't just take vitamin pills. Whatever we make in a lab doesn't get absorbed the same way food does. it's even questionable if "vitamin infusing" foods does anything at all. you can't just mix a bunch of "vitamins" into a chocolate cake and live off that, otherwise that's exactly what everyone would be doing.

the supplement industry is a billion billion dollar industry, it obviously doesnt want ppl to know it's snake oil.

again you'll die of scurvy first. milk has 0 vitamin C and humans do not produce our own vitamin C.

second would be iron deficiency, but it doesn't matter because you'd die in 4 months of scurvy.
