Hello everyone! Im in need of some guidance regarding pant sizes. Ive recently lost some a few pounds in recnet months. And I need to get some new pants. However, Im a bit unsure about which size to choose.

My journey doesnt stop here; my goal is to continue losing weight and then focus on muscle gain. So I was wondering if I get pants that fit me now, would they be too small once I start gaining muscle. I never had lean muscle before just bulky man meat. So I don't know what happens to waste in situations like that. Also I could be putting the cart before the horse and over thinking thing.

no muscle doesn't add pants size at all unless steroids

buy pants that fit you now. maybe just buy 1 or 2, not 10, since you might lose more weight.

What were you wearing? When I was heavier, I was wearing a 38 waist 34 length, and now i'm down to 32x34 but could honestly go a bit smaller on waist. 30 seems too tight and 31 really doesn't exist.

also, invest in a nice pair of adidas tracksuit pants (black, triple stripe). they are like 30-40 dollars but they really last and are comfortable and will always fit.

Thanks all for the advice.

Mabus: Good job on your weight loss too. I went down from a 44/46 to now a 36. I think I am just going to get stuff 36 if I need to go lower I will do that later.

CE thanks.

Buy stretch pants.

When I was bigger I would do just that.
