It's got a lame villain, a lame twist, a lame subplot with a random kid, and the final climactic battle was lame: nobody asked for a bunch of lame remote controlled iron man armors exploding in one hit.

Also its ending was lame, because it had no consequences at all. He self destructed all of his armors, got the arc reactor removed from his chest, and lost his mansion and/or home workshop... but then in Age of Ultron, he has a brand new, more advanced suit, he's got the Iron Legion, etc. as if none of that ever happened and none of those developments are ever mentioned again.

He had just rendered all of those suits obsolete.

None of this points to him being at fault. It seems to me his company was at fault for not properly training him. Nobody in his position could have predicted what would happen based off the testimony you listed.

He literally committed four counts of homicide because of his gross negligence.

This isnt like when you smash up someones rear bumper because you were looking at your phone. 18 wheelers have enough weight to be extremely dangerous under normal conditions much less the four different things he did wrong.

Had he not lied about his experience, had he not driven on brakes that had either failed earlier or due to his poor driving, had he not continued on past the top of the mountain, or had he taken the clearly safe runaway ramp all those people would be fine.

Ask yourself whats the more likely culprit?
