Looks like the kind of concept art that removes certain features so it can focus on particular areas the artist wants to draw at the moment.

This feels like it was made by someone who watched like a three minute clip of the anime before writing the script.

I can't think of any scenario in which it's a negative. I don't think it's really possible for it to go "too far" without some kind of wacky, fantastical societal shift.

Not full smooth HD looking ones. Its why Sword and Shield had so many issues. They had only had 3DS quality sprites and had to start from scratch. Gamefreak isnt as big a company as people think. It still takes time to make the models look presentable. As the fans will let them know if it looks bad

While pretty much all the recent "don't cast anyone not X as X" shit has been pretty stupid, trying to shove that into voice acting is the absolute dumbest shit. If any minority population has had issues getting into voice acting, it's certainly 100% not because characters of their demographic are taken up seeing as that doesn't actually factor into casting in any way whatsoever.

Any society built to provide for the instant needs of the many is going to have extensive waste. That is the result of you being able to go to the store and normally buy whatever you want at any time. If not for that waste, then the shelves would look like that all the time. That's not to say things cannot be improved, but we'd have to be willing to sacrifice our comfy lifestyles for that to change. And we're obviously not ever going to do that.

The problem is that most of their excuses seem to be vapid bullshit that doesnt hold up under scrutiny, and it being. the largest franchise in history means they have the means to make things better if they wanted. That they havent updated their mobile-focused studio to fit with that is their own damn fault.

I haven't deep dived into anything recent, but everything I've seen makes it seem to be self-defense. It doesn't mean he's not a piece of shit though.

Its doubly stupid because they already have measures in place that disable that stuff entirely on a per video basis.

That's why it needs to be determined if the officers were acting negligently and thus murdered her, or if the officers were acting to the best of their ability in a horrible situation and accidentally caused an unrelated civilian death. Both are entirely possible outcomes.

Most arsonists are not planning for people to die. It's just a consequence of their stupidity. If someone dies in a firefight and it can be determined it is not the fault of the person who actually shot them, same thing.

If arsonists are charged with murder, no reason not to charge people who cause firefights with murder (if it is determined that the officers did not act negligently). Though I'm not familiar with the legal definition and how you determine fault in this case, so no real idea how easy it is to get these charges to stick.

The teens could've been using Fanta as a human shield and it still shouldn't be on them if the cops shot her. Police officers have a lot of power and a lot of responsibility, it needs to be carefully controlled, even if it's difficult for them.

Not all situations can be boiled down to "they should have done X, Y, or Z." You're talking about live firefight. Sometimes people are just in a clusterfuck of a situation, and that leads to unfortunate deaths. Determining the fault of the officers depends on aspects like if they made a horrible judgement call even considering the situation and fired without even a second of thought, or if it's ultimately a wrong place, wrong time tragedy.

It really depends on the exact layout of the scene. If it was simply gross negligence that has no reasonable justification, then it should be on the cops. If it's a case of just a tragic mistake caused by two assholes, then they should definitely receive the charges.

It is insane how low effort one of the largest franchises to ever exist can be. Game Freak not growing with the times was a horrible mistake on their part, and that low effort leaks into other projects they sub out as well.
