How does this confession site even work? Im technologically disabled, so please ELI5.

its a poll through Google Doc. I write questions and send out the link. Submissions get updated into a Google spreadsheet. Im not asking for names or other identifying info, so theres no way for me to know whos submitting what. That also means the link will work for anyone, unfortunately. I think once in the past, my link got pushed to another site and I started getting weird off-topic submissions. Just links to news articles and Amazon wishlists and stuff.

Bastion was sooo much fun. I loved it from beginning to end. The art, music, writing, story, various weapons and their upgrades and challenges. Plus it has replayability because I wanted to try new weapons combos, new self-imposed challenges, and see different endings. What an absolute jam.

Whenever I think about the transporters in Star Trek, I cant help but think about all the people that willingly got on the pads and were killed in every episode. How did no one ever ask the question, heck even a species new to the technology never pondered it killing them. It all seems so fucked up. Worst part, its likely no character in universe will ever address the question.

Its really keeps me up at night if I start thinking about it. Sure its fictional, but everyone gleefully gets teleported. It even got me thinking how much of the matter ends up used in the food replicators.

Sorry for being out of the loop on terminology and stuff, but why is the procedure a gender reassignment and not a sex reassignment? Your gender before the op was female, and its still female, no? So what was reassigned?

The U.S. State Dept recently announced that people will no longer need medical documents proving the gender identified on passports. Im pretty sure transpeople have a lot of issues with different forms of IDs all over the states. Is there any legal process youll have to go through in Canada that poses some issues?

also, on a maybe more personal level (again sry if offensive): I struggled a long time with not liking being a boy, and had an intense dislike for things that were aimed at men, or designed for men, etc. Like for a few years I refused to wear blue because I didnt want to associate with it. Nowadays Im a lot less hateful of mens stuff, but I do prefer to think of myself as nongendered or nonbinary. Did you also have an anti-boy phase and that turned into learning you were a woman, or did you just always know and never had an in-between/gender-confused period? Sometimes I think I might prefer being a woman and I spend a few days thinking I may be trans, but then I end up convincing myself I wouldnt be wondering if I was trans if I was.
