In Ohio they extended unemployment to max 40 weeks. It is long over if you were on it back in March of 2020. The bonus UI was taken away 3 weeks ago. So I don't think people are just hanging around until money dries up.

I asked her why so shorthanded?. She said she scheduled 6 interviews and none of them showed up. Said they were down to 4 servers and 5 line cooks on their roster. They pay cooks 10.50/hr and servers 4.50/hr plus tips. She said she's been working 80 hour weeks for months. I wished her well.

My own job is still having problems finding staff too. It took us a month to fill a position and they quit after 2 days of training.

That's what happens to most people under capitalism. If you actually love her at least you'd be getting something out of it. Meanwhile I have disabled friends who can't even marry because they'd lose all their benefits or else have them severely cut.

I know guys who don't even get a second date when they reveal their sole income is $900 per month from Gov't Disability. So they don't have to worry about being married.

Most married couples are lucky to have sex once a month when you get past age 35. I'm late-30s and I've run into a ton of women my age or older who have a small or dead libido.
