No. He blames the system for screwing him. He is not remorseful. His family thinks he was treated too harshly. He ended up having to move back in with his elderly parents with his kids. This case brought him a mountain of debt.

I know a lady who got arrested for multiple things for trying to lead a cop to a "safer spot." She actually had an ex-boyfriend who was arrested for impersonating a cop so at least she had an excuse.

He got scared that pedophiles would take his pre-teen child thanks to crap on the internet. He kept demanding the school bus drop off his 12-year-old on his driveway instead of the regular street corner bus stop. The bus company refused because they don't have time for that. One day he snapped, got in his truck and blocked the school bus on the street after they dropped off his kid. He was arrested and charged for a felony. Deliberately blocking a bus in my state is considered as bad as blocking a fire truck or ambulance etc. He ended up convicted when he took it to trial. The judge made him serve several months in county jail, the rest of his sentence was suspended and given 3 years probation.
