There are hoards of people who love him and his work, and another hoard that absolutely just despises anything he does.

It obviously sparks good and not-so-good discussions about his work and him, but it's also just Zack Snyder. His movies always have a certain look sure, but it's not like he is a super acclaimed movie guy.

At this point it just seems so perpetual, like anything about him always leads to the same discussions. It's just bizarre.

Basically, DC fans who desperately wanted the DC movie universe to be good and compete with Marvel had no choice but to latch onto Snyder's work as a sort of sunk cost fallacy. Now they're in too deep. If Synder had continued to direct other stuff than WAY less people would be as defensive of him as they are now.

Yes, they basically reverse-engineered gods. It took so long that Cid, Biggs, and Wedge died before the research was completed; their successors carried on the torch until the job was done.

Not consistently, anyway - they basically just pick whatever's closest to white supremacy and Owning The Libs and call it a day. You're conflating conservative 'policies' with conservative people, which is basically like saying a devout Christian is automatically going to support nonviolence and cooperation with their fellow man because the Bible said so.

Yeah maybe you guys are lucky enough to not have to consistently deal with people with conservative views in real life, but

1. I don't need to see more on the internet to understand them
2. They're not remotely hard to understand in the first place - 95% of the time a conservative viewpoint is about opposing whatever the Democrats want
3. There's not even any real benefit to understand their viewpoints because they never act in good faith and will change them on a dime to suit their current needs - listening to what they say will not help you advance your own policies

I think a lot of people here are still stuck in the fantasy of the conservative side being remotely worth giving the time of day. It is not.

What's the downside to this? Like, oh no, you won't be able to see all the comments talking about how white supremacy isn't such a bad thing and that people should die if they can't pay for medical treatment. Kazuichi from DR2 simping for Sonia is an excellent example of a character simping for someone who has many positive qualities. There are non-shallow reasons to like her, but he's still a fucking simp about it

I did a major Ivalice tier glamour gear grind a while back. It's not difficult to get in if you manual queue - just don't ever expect to get in through roulettes. Also helps if you queue up for all three raids at the same time (assuming you want gear from all of them).

In a lot of boss fights (that aren't Extreme/Savage content), you can put Regen on the tank, refresh it every time the cooldown wears off, and barely ever have to heal him outside of tankbusters.

There's a bunch of ways to make the leveling grind easier which will be posted if you go down that route.

I know I've said this repeatedly, and I don't want to overhype, but Dark Knight is worth leveling literally just for the storyline even if you don't playing the class. It feels...canon, for lack of a better word.

77 levels into Summoner and I have to admit, this class is fairly easy if you don't hyper-micromanage your pet. Apparently there's a small DPS boost if you do so, but I'm hardly struggling with topping the parser regardless.

If you're a DPS, the time it takes to complete a Trust dungeon is basically the same as queue time + dungeon time, and sometimes shorter
