Err, pretty sure that Ganondorf had already begun his attack by the time Link got to the Master Sword, so him putting it back to try to warn the king would accomplish very little and most likely get him killed

it's such a shame the original funi dub didn't really hit its stride until the Buu arc. Sabat finally dropped the lame Ryan Drummond impression and gave his own take on the character which is what we know today, the rest of the voice actors are on point, the score is actually quite good overall, and the script isn't horrible for basically the first time

Well Kai exists, so we still get to hear a much more refined version

The main problem is the pacing, at Thriller Bark it becomes 1:1 chapter per episode instead of 2-3 chapters per episode like most long runners, and it shows. Episode after episode is stretched to the max with reaction shots and stare downs and whatnot.

Dressrosa is terrible with this (doesn't help that the art in the anime is also really bad a lot of the time). There are some scenes in Whole Cake that are a definite must watch in the anime tho

It goes up and down, though nowadays it's usually within the arcs themselves rather than between arcs, so it gets less "this arc drags but the next is awesome" and more "this part of the arc drags but wow it's worth it for what happens next"

To be honest I'd just rather each straw hat contribute in a way that only they can. Like I used to love it when sanji would disappear near the end of an arc and then just as they're in big trouble he'd reappear having engineered some way out of their predicament behind the scenes

Either way, I think we have some hope now, considering we just had a chapter where we got quite a long scene explaining how even if Big Mom and Kaido go down, the PirateMinkNinjaSamurai alliance can't win unless they take down the executives too

Well, Thuy Trang (Trini) is dead, and IDK if Jason David Frank (Tommy) will want to work with Austin St John (Jason), since apparently they had some beef back when they were on the show together, and JDF still hasn't gotten over it. Plus David Yost (Billy) may not want to have much to do with PR, considering how the staff harassed him over being gay (then again, the staff would be completely different on this hypothetical)

Among anime fans, it's "Irregular at the Magic High School". Absolute garbage show, awful animation, pointless dialogue, completely predicatable story (from watching two episodes). I hear the LN is decent, but not going to bother after that start.

Darling in the Franxx is fine. It knows its audience.
Saying "highly popular international anime that's literally for children or middle schoolers" is missing the point. Saying Naruto or One Piece is just wrong.

While I'd still disagree if someone were to say Naruto, it did fall off the rails on its final arc (and I swear, if One Piece turns into a trainiwreck like that...but I trust Oda)

If you were playing pacifist the first time all you had to do was go back to Alphys and continue down a path that's newly unlocked. Otherwise you had to play from the beginning of the game all the way to the end up until Asgore and THEN go back to Alphys. It's honestly a huge waste of time especially for people who don't have much free time. He might as well play genocide and get an entirely new experience lol. I honestly think the purist "it's best played fully blind" mindset hurts more than it helps. The only thing that changes is San's phone call at the end and a tiny bit of Flowey at the beginning. Obviously full backseat gaming and handholding is bad but I don't think subtle hints towards the most practical way to experience the bulk of the game is a bad thing. As someone who messed around with a neutral run first I wouldn't have minded at all if someone told me the most practical way is to do pacifist first, then genocide, and then do neutrals later if you like it.

Well, no mercy (not geno) and pacifist are pretty much different games, due to the different battle mechanics and actually getting to know the characters

I have no problem with getting Wii U ports, especially since the Wii U didn't do that well and it'd be lame if some of those games never saw the light of day again. That being said, I cannot deny that they're hideously overpriced for what they are

From what I remember he ate a nice humble pie from Ash but is still full of sass, kinda like how those hard core tsunderes aren't as insulting as before but still get on your case if you fuck up.

Pretty much this, and if his expression is any indication, he's still full of sass. I just hope they don't flat out retcon his researcher position, though they did keep Brock as a doctor in SM, so it should be fine.
