Looks like someone on blood thinners that fell. I took care of my dad before he died and he was on them and it looked very similar. He fell face first and tried to catch himself and his hands looked about like that because they took the brunt of the fall. He had some bruising on his face too, not his mouth like here but on his nose and around one cheek.

I live in the middle of private property in a rural area on a mountain, we never have trick or treaters. We are having games and prizes for our kids though. A small Halloween party.

If you don't want them them don't have them. It is your business. I always thought I wouldn't have any. I just didn't see myself as the mommy type. Other people's kids annoyed me but after I had my own it is different. Yes, you have to readjust your life, especially in the early years, but I wouldn't change it.

I have friends and family who are childless by choice and I see no problem with their decision.

I wear a ponytail most of the day but take it out to sleep. When I sleep I push it up above my head. I am sure that is unattractive but I can't stand to sleep on it or have it between my neck and the pillow. It is so long I have to hold it out of my way sometimes when I turn over.

I have no idea. All I know is that I did well enough to not have to take remedial classes and I made the Dean's list each semester in college. I do know my college grades were better than my high school classes.

Never driven one but have seen them used a lot cleaning out broiler houses. We call them bobcat.

I picked "no" because I live in the middle of nowhere and don't work.Things are different. I do grocery pick up once a week and we are doing virtual learning starting Monday but we are OK. I know 2 people who have died from it. One last week was a 3rd grade teacher from our local school. My sister teaches at a school one county over and 9 teachers are in quarantine due to exposure and 2 are actually ill. In school is going to be nuts this year.

I can pretty much remember the puzzles and walkthrough as I get to them while replaying but when I sit down to try to remember it as a whole I draw a blank. I am not one of those people who remembers the name and number of enemies you meet and in what chapter or even the names of various weapons and where/when you got them unless they are the main weapons.

The teachers have been pretty much left in the dark until the last minute on everything. In school is just as nuts as virtual. Band kids have to wear masks while playing instruments. I thought it was a joke. Then they are buying masks with slits in them for them to play. Isn't that defeating the purpose?

Elementary kids rotating are eating breakfast and lunch sitting on the gym floor because the cafeteria isnt big enough to hold them all and social distance.

Recess is rotated throughout the day and you can only play with your classmates.

Those are the only ones I know right now. My sister is telling me how it is going now that they are starting back up. Her school already has 9 teachers in isolation and 2 positive.

Our local school just lost a third grade teacher after her month long battle with Covid.

Friday we pick up the computer and whatever else we need to do home, virtual learning. I am sure it will be difficult but I have a feeling our on campus learning will be disrupted with starts and stops due to outbreaks. Get ready for a wild and weird school year.

Yes. When I was teaching another teacher and I were getting identical weird, perverted emails from a male student. He was told to stop by the counselor but he kept doing it. The principal talked to him also. The principal said that was the weirdest conversation he has had because the kid was strange. He was again told to stop but then I got yet another email. This one was weirdly religious ( the mother wrote religious books), and sexual but had this scary, sly turn to it. I remember one line creeped me out because it said," I will stop...if you really want me to..." then had a winking smile. It also seemed slightly suicidal. I gave it to the principal and he told me and the other teacher that we could have the boy arrested. I suggested that he got professional help and removed from our classes. He was removed and the emails stopped. It was the end of the year so I have no idea what happened after that but that kid was creepy.

Very few changes. I live in the middle of nowhere on top of a mountain so I can still do all my outdoorsy stuff easily with no restrictions. I care for my elderly mother so Covid has prevented my for hire caretaker from her visits. No date night with my husband and I only do the online shopping and grocery pickup. We are going to to the remote schooling next month so we will see how that goes. But, as far as day to day living it hasn't changed a whole lot. I do know people who are hospitalized with it now and 2 who have died so I am taking it seriously.

I make a killer potato soup

1 Tbsp butter
1 medium onion, diced (1 cup)
2 medium baking potatoes, peeled & diced (3 cups)
28 oz chicken broth (2 cans)
1/4 cup heavy cream

In a medium saucepan over high heat, melt butter. Add onions and stir often, until onions are translucent. Add potatoes and broth. Bring to a boil, cover pan and lower heat. Simmer until potatoes are soft, about 20 minutes. Stir in cream.

"Loaded" Baked Potato Soup
Prepare as above, but add sour cream, crumbled bacon, chives, and cheese as garnish.

"Chili Cheese Fries" Soup
Prepare as above, but stir in a can of chili and garnish with cheese and sour cream.

I make my loaded baked potato soup very much like that. It is delicious. I was never a fan of tomato soup until I made a homemade one and it is pretty dang good too.
