The pharmaceutical companies gave huge cutbacks to doctors to prescribe their opioid painkiller to make people get addicted. A lot of the people that start on painkillers end up going to heroin/fentanyl when they can't get any more, or the painkillers stop working for them. It's a gigantic problem. I know dozens of people that have died of overdoses. --- o7 Let strength be granted so the world might be mended. |

I hated TLJ, but I don't understand a lot of people's complaints, specifically about Rey and Luke. Young Luke an Rey are identical characters, as is Old Luke and Old Yoda. If you hate Rey and Old Luke on Ahch-To, then surely you also hate Young Luke and Yoda on Dagobah. My biggest complaint was that fucking awful scene with Leia flying through space. Truly one of the worst things I've ever seen. I really really enjoyed RoS. Again, don't understand people's complaints about Palpatine. They explain absolutely everything about his return in the movie. Is it dumb? Yes. Snoke never should have been the villain in the first place though. --- o7 Let strength be granted so the world might be mended. |
