I'm also a big fan of Dynasty Warriors but Im guessing the mass slaughtering isn't quite to scale as Dynasty Warriors games? I was imagining more calculated ways to dispatch titans instead of just running through hundreds of them in one stage <__<

Well for one, there are not hundreds of Titans in a stage. People who play it up as part of the Warriors series are really not properly framing the game.

It is what you likely imagined an Attack on Titan game to be. You have to learn how to work the Gear. You have to learn how to properly aim at and dispatch a Titan. You can totally get blindsided if you're not paying attention.

I wanna play 999 again just to refresh myself what happened at the end there.

Oh I can fill that in. *999 spoilers*

There's a lot of mention throughout the game about ALL-ICE, the mummy that was frozen into Ice-9 and was stored on the Titanic, which then disappeared, and there's supposition that she might have actually still been alive.

Then at the very end of the game, after the credits roll, you see the following (more 999 SPOILERS):

I dont give a shit about Harry Potter, but even I can see the value of a person who managed to write a book series that influenced millions of children and young adults. Probably did more to help get kids reading than most.

Your mileage may vary, but I would think that contribution to the world outweighs her opinions about transwomen.

For one, the mighty can fall, and have.

For another, social goodwill is not a video game value. In real life, you cannot amass 20,000 positive Fallout karma, then kill a child, lose 2,000 Fallout karma and still have an overwhelming net positive and get the good ending. (Edit: Looking it up, "killing a child" is a bad example, substitute some other murder)

Hell the very fact that Joanne does have such sway and influence makes her even more dangerous as someone who could wield the cudgel of transphobia, especially if she frames it under the noble cause of "saving women".

Honestly that's a lot of her videos. A lot of the older ones she presents a topic and you're thinking "Oh I know how she's going to go with this" and you wait for the resolution and... it never comes. Turns out there's rarely "a right answer" to a lot of these topics. There may be a "slightly more correct" answer, but even then it's a path that doesn't solve everything.

I already have masks with three layers, which is what it sounds like they're talking about. One cloth layer, one filter, and another cloth layer. Just looks like a normal mask. They're reusable and washable. I bought a pack of three when the pandemic started.

Great first novel. Really sets up a nasty problem for the Republic/Jedi to have to deal with, from a vector that no Star Wars media has ever addressed.

I think one of my favorite parts is the evil required for Marchion Ro to assume full command of the Nihil. It's funny that in promotional material the Nihil were played up as "space vikings" and I'm reading and going "Nah, not seeing it. Looks just like any other gang", albeit one with a particular advantage. Then the denouement happens and I'm like "Ahhhh that's what they were going for."
