I don't think riots will help anyone. They hurt everyone, specially the protesters. The racists in charge and their supporters are just going to lay low for a bit till things calm down and they are usually in the better position to recover from the damages.

Riots are how we got several policy changes in this country.

The rioting and looting is a symptom of the larger problem that needs to be addressed.

The reason for the chaos is because people cannot get the justice they seek through the established order. That's the part that falls on so many deaf ears, willfully or not.
