In my interpretation of the law, stand your ground laws should not apply if your aggressive actions put you in such a position of danger.

You cant be the aggressor and the cause of the conflict and then claim self-defense.

Man i watched the footage earlier. Happened really fast too. The shooter might get acquitted because the film is shot so poorly, by the time it focuses it shows the victim charging the shooter and struggling for the gun. Then hitting the shooter. But i think he will get manslaughter charges. Its about 60/40 at this point, really depends on the jury.
