Like, retirement age is creeping higher and higher because older people can't afford to retire and because companies don't want to risk replacing a good worker with a relatively untested one. And even with the birth of new companies and the growth of established ones, there are always going to be people who can't rise to the top of the job market and flounder in unemployment. That, in turn, might stem from a lack of opportunities in that person's life, or from not having the same access to resources that other people might have. It may be true that there's not enough jobs for 100% employment, I'm not an expert on that, but the question you're framing is something more like 'are we making progress too fast?' And there's a lot of possible answers to that sort of thing.
You are correct that just as markets reward success, they crush failure. It's referred to as "creative destruction." It's tolerated because the increase in efficiency and utility to everyone outweighs the loss of jobs in the losing firm.
There's always a big asterisk that while this stuff maximizes net social good, all individuals do not break out evenly. And there's a lot of argument over how to help those failures

Part of the issue is how do you define capitalism. Like, privatized markets are really good in a lot of cases for resource distribution. They cause efficiency, ie the best use of resources given the parameters the market has.

Restaurants are part of a really efficient and equalized market, restaurants do not 'create a lot of new wealth' but they serve people's needs. A nationalized restaurant chain would almost certainly not serve people as optimally as the free market does.

Season 1 Action Duels were really, REALLY good. It really brought the show alive. Doesn't get full credit because the interdimensional field spell was super boring.

Turbo duels were consistently great, both in 5Ds and Arc-V, and Shark's in Zexal.

Speed Duels are boring. It was ugly with the lack of colors, looked silly, lacked weight (spinning out a d wheeler was always really dramatic, but people on the duel surfboards would get crashed into buildings and there was no real impact because it's VR. The stakes always felt phony). And the Ability system was bad, worse than Action Cards due to being so predictable. You know Yusaku will go to 1000 LP and then seize a new Link Monster for kids and neckbeards to buy up.

Rush Duel is an idea I'm open to. Drawing 5 is smart because there is no longer the necessity to write in crazy draw cards to continue plays. Unlimited normal summons stops the Zexal problem of every deck being turbo special summon 2-3 of X monster and overlay/Link. We have to wait and see, but I'm optimistic that they may have unironically 'fixed' YGO.

Turbo > Action >>>>>>> Speed
Hard to rank Rush because it's a gameplay shift more than a visual and stylistic gimmick.

Deck to GY is really good. Discarding from hand is only 'really' good when you're fulfilling a cost. For example, discarding Supreme King Dragon Darkwurm by the effect of Pendulum Call to add two monsters to your hand. On paper this is hand neutral because you lost Pendulum Call and Darkwurm, but it's actually +2 because Darkwurm can special summon itself from the GY and search another card.

Would the TC card be banned? Well, Graceful Charity is banned, a card that is hand neutral by drawing 3 then discarding 2. That lets you cycle your deck for free, choosing what cards are most advantageous to discard in the process.

But in fact, the TC card is much more insidious. It forces your opponent to also do it. That means you can do a big combo with your live cards and then play this last. If you're on turn 1, then worst case scenario you draw some combo extenders and your opponent gets a Graceful Charity effect. Best case scenario? Your opponent sends their entire hand to the GY! If you roll a 1 and them a 6, you just won the game. 1&5 leaves them with only 1 card, and etc.

This is a mill card, so to save it from the limited list like Morphing Jar you'll need to at least give it a hard once per turn clause, and maybe a downside like "this card's owner takes 2000 for each card not discarded if they have no cards in their hand."

The bible is argued to be the divinely inspired word of God. People still believe in God. It's not as big a deal that Hamurabi's code is pro-slavery because nobody believe in that king's divine legitimacy anymore. America has "In God we Trust" on its currency and is constantly in debates about whether slavery was bad enough to warrant massive reparations to the victims, so it seems pretty relevant and ugly that the Bible is pro-slavery.

I did it, but it ended up being too much. I went nearly 100% overtime and don't have time to record a second one. Actually, it's technically already late because my slow rural internet speed couldn't upload fast enough.

I will probably have to take a 'Satisfactory' grade (these are uniquely being offered during Covid era, you get full credit and no weighting in GPA). It is my own fault. It's a learning experience to stop being a dumb procrastinating fuckup. I have many natural gifts that I squander.
