Yeah, but even compared to that...there's just been no divergence whatsoever. I don't know if it's the coronavirus keeping people at home or the aging demographics of the site, but unless Luster wants to prove otherwise, I feel like it's basically static once we have a decent sample size.

Also means I'm going to have to switch from my fun Big Druid deck to boring Demon Hunter because it beats everything that isn't Demon Hunter and goes 50/50 against itself.

That can't really be true, though, right? Surely something in the meta will curb the DH's, right? Team 5 couldn't have blundered that badly, could they?

I have yet to encounter zoo or token druid, but so far against anything else, DH just keeps the board clear except maybe against another DH. I did play a couple games as hunter where I was able to hold my own, but I was trading even until the late game.

Just dawned on me that I never tested Battlegrounds to see about the whole 4 choice thing and sure enough, I only have 2 choices, not 3. Guess that's a game mode that's just dead to me now.

Ugh, really? Yep, that's a killer. 3 would be fine. 2 is not.

On the subject of demon hunter, I played a bunch of it yesterday. The card draw is ridiculous, but that's just part of the classes identity. It burns through cards. And TBH, a lot of those cards are very low impact because they're so cheap. Against a decent control deck -- and I ran into a couple yesterday -- you lose to fatigue.

The question right now is what the best way to build a DH deck is...so that everyone else can decide what they need to counter. The strongest decks have early-game presence, but none of the token rush gimmickry. With the current meta, even Altruis doesn't always seem very good. He can lead to some highlight reel moments, but the rest of the time, you're just feeding him your entire hand to get maybe 5-6 damage. I'm not a big fan of Antaen, even though it does lead to big swings, because if you played any other 5 drop, you probably wouldn't need a swing because you'd still be ahead. And I have yet to land Priestess of Rage without her getting removed immediately, unless the game was already over.

Has anyone seen the "big" demon hunter package being run? I don't think anyone's even touching those cards right now, that I've seen. Regis put the 9/5 rush in his deck, but I didn't see anything unique on ladder.

Actually, not true. The very first game I played today was against rogue and I won. None in the 33 games since.

star doesn't appear in the other game/song title so it was pretty clear to me personally, but i guess i can also see how it'd leave someone confused since usually you go by song titles and it's not even the first word in the game title

More importantly, it's understood that we vote by the song. Therefore the song title needs to be present.
