I actually just finished DQ1-3 on Switch. Id played DQ1 several times before, but never 2 & 3. They were solid games.

If youre at all interested in something quick and charming, I also recommend Golf Story.

Nintendo, easily. Sony has been pretty neck and neck with them since the PS1/N64 days, but Nintendo also had the NES & SNES before that (not to mention the handhelds).

I only flew with Frontier once, and had zero issues. Perfectly fine flight.

I flew Spirit once when a buddy (who is, shall we say frugal) volunteered to book the flights. Never again.

Theres a video in the article. Homeless man swats the officers hand away first, then kicks at him. Then the police jacks him twice.

The kick was unwarranted, and I understand the reaction to attack back... but the cop also had like a 100 lbs weight advantage on the homeless man. Hes a tiny dude, and the cop could stand to skip a few meals.

Square Enix has made several comments about how theyd love to translate it and release it in the west, but theyve never done anything to really show that this is at all likely. The game has been around since 2012, and was ported to the Wii U, Switch, Windows, iOS, and Android. But all in Japanese.

I wouldnt say that black magic sucks... its more limited due to the issue of having stocks per magic level. But early in the game, its fantastic when used appropriately.

Agreed. Late game critical hits can be doing 1,000+ damage. And since you dont need weapons, it saves extra weapon slots to hold items that have magical properties.

Depends on who you ask. In Japan, FF3 was very celebrated. In the US, Id say it didnt become a standout series until FF7 (even though 4 & 6 had critical acclaim).

If it possibly makes things any simpler for you, there are mobile ports of the PSP version on iOS and Android. Ive played the iOS version and it works fine. Although from what Ive read, the Android version does not include the additional post-game dungeons that were added to the PSP game (iOS does include it).

I really enjoy it. At the same time, if you didnt grow up on it, I doubt it would have a ton of appeal.

Me and a group of friends are trying to see all the baseball stadiums (kinda on hold this year). We went to Seattle in 2018 to see the Mariners. Did the typical tourist stuff while there. Also drove to the Boeing plant to take a tour.

i do exercise in the morning. i run on a treadmil for 30 minute and then i do some strength stuff with my kettle bell. maybe i should get a heavier kettle bell...

Or even just some workouts where you use your own body weight can be beneficial. Push-ups, sit-ups, squats (you can do this while holding the kettle bell), leg raises, wall sits, planks... stuff like that.

I took none of them in high school. When I was in 7th grade (middle school), we had one class period that was home ec for 1/3 of the year, shop class for another 1/3 of the year, and art class for the final 1/3 of the year.

Home ec was divided into 3 parts (cooking, sewing, and some hey, youre going through puberty bullshit) and shop was divided into 3 parts as well (wood, metals, drafting).

So thats where I got my home ec and shop class.

Who knows what we discover over time. Based on what we know today... yeah, its completely impossible.

But 50,000 years ago, traveling across oceans was impossible, let along putting a man on the moon or sending rovers to Mars. Based on how much weve grown technologically just in roughly the last 100 years, I wouldnt be shocked if we make some discoveries that change everything.
