I grew up with this girl from like second grade on. Always thought she was cute, and her older sister was just a couple years ahead and was super pretty too. They were popular, but they were also really nice and sweet girls, always were kind to me even though I was definitely an awkward kid.

The older sister died in a plane crash shortly after high school -- think she was dating a pilot and they were just in one of those tiny little solo planes or whatever. It crashed with no survivors. Really fucking sad.

I've been a member at 5 different locations. Every one of them had super ripped dudes and very hot women doing all manner of things, and no one ever once made a fuss. I'm sure it has happened, because there are headcase douchebags of one persuasion or another at every gym in the country, but it's described as the norm when it's anything but.

Get into my fitness pal and buy a scale, the serving size estimates they say are bullshit. They say one cup (42g), you get one cup and then weigh it and realize it's 70g. You're already doing 1.75 servings. 6 tater tots (100g), you count out size and its 55g, and you're only eating half of a serving realistically. It sucks, but if you calorie count you will lose weight fast. If you're committed exercising and counting calories will bring you down to weight fast. Grats on the current results though.

Interesting point about the scale. I'm on MFP but I didn't realize sometimes serving size info isn't accurate. Thanks for the tip.

Stay in the gym, because that's helping me at least maintain while I wrestle with my on-again, off-again consumption issues. Just remember that portions are the main thing, so while you wanna eat better when you can, as long as you're not packing away a billion calories, you'll be operating at a loss at least.
