He hadn't seen the waitress's face, didn't remember where he was sitting at that time, claimed that the victim was wearing his HMD and the radio on his left ear - which was deaf and undergoing medication - and testified that the victim had broken a vase on his table as he died before realizing that he had done that himself. It wasn't just one thing that was a problem. Sure you find out later it's because he witnessed a staged event and not the actual murder, but that isn't clear at the time. Underleveled posted... 4 is just not a great game in general. The frigging tutorial might be the best case. 4-1 is a top tier case, though. You can also get Genocide Jill FT events if you trudge through all of Toko's, but you can only do those when GJ is available in the main game. (You are free to jump back to those chapters.)
