I have honest-to-goodness never understood people going ga-ga for Chik-Fil-A. Any time I've had it it's been thoroughly unimpressive.

Publix chicken is 1000x better.

It's baffling to me too. To be fair, I think their other foods - I.E. fries, milkshakes, soup - are actually really good. But the chicken itself is totally outclassed by the other big chicken chains. (Including Raising Cane's, regardless of the weirdly vehement hate they receive)

The anti-LGBT stuff keeps me away these days, but even before the controversies broke out, I would only go on rare occasion for a milkshake or whatever.

Damn, I really enjoyed most films mentioned ITT - Birdman, Black Panther, Zootopia, Spotlight, etc.

I thought the A Star is Born remake was pure drivel, though, aside from the scenes with Sam Elliott. So that gets my vote.

Someone on Nonstop Gaming - General pointed out something that's likely the biggest issue with the list, and that I shamefully didn't notice at first.

There's no Sega whatsoever. (Unless I missed something?)

It's pretty gonzo to have a Top 100 list and not throw a single Sonic, OutRun, Streets of Rage, etc. a bone.

I realize this is a joke topic but I'm gonna give a serious as fuck answer because why not?

This year has been fucking incredible for me so far. To give a quick run down:

*I've lost around 20 pounds or so since the start of the year by not drinking pop and making my own meals more often.
*Finally got over my fear of driving and got my license.
*Bought my own car
*Matched with a girl on a dating app and lost my virginity. It didn't work out, but it gave me a shit load of confidence in myself.
*Making plans to visit a friend in Texas at the end of the year and possibly moving down there

And the year isn't even over yet!

I don't really know you but this post still has me hyped as hell. Good work all around!

I was skeptical of White Claws, but they really are solid. The black cherry and lime ones are my favorites. I've been on a Tecate kick this evening though.

There are no stores within a 2000 mile radius of me. Where the hell are they?

Family Video mainly operates in the Midwest, Great Plains and Southcentral US. More specifically, the remaining stores are typically in rural areas, the hood and neighborhoods with a high concentration of older folks.

Though you don't have FV near you, it's not a bad time to check in with any mom-and-pop rental stores in your area. They might be wanting to push their 3DS library out too.

Finished Part 2! All in all, I think it was about on par with the first half. I actually liked Part 1 a good deal, though, so this was fine with me. The best episodes IMO were the ones with the bear woman, the elf plague/"Legendberries" and Bean's play.

King Zg is still my favorite character, they really struck gold with him. It's a strong cast overall, though, which helps balance out how hit-or-miss the writing can be.

"since i can't get any more physical games since i'm already at 13"

I may be missing something - is 13 your personal limit for physical titles?

If you do decide to purchase more, I recommend checking out Family Video if you have any locations near you. Many of them are beginning to sell 3DS titles - usually for $4.99 each, though prominent titles like Mario Party are $9.99 if on sale.

As for recommendations, I personally loved Sushi Striker and WarioWare Gold. Those and Smash 4 are my favorite games on the system. Hey! Pikmin is a lot of fun if you feel like a chill platformer. Professor Layton is always dependable. And I had a blast with Paper Mario Sticker Star, but take that with a mountain of salt - it's often considered among the worst Nintendo-published titles ever, so your mileage could definitely vary.

Yeah, that Spooky Justice Wario tweet has been making the rounds, but I'm highly skeptical. Even before the BIS remake released (and subsequently bombed), Nintendo's upcoming 3DS slate was anemic as hell. There could have been a couple unannounced projects which got the axe following the poor BIS (and Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn) performance, but even if they existed, I can't imagine they were substantial.

Nintendo also buried their 3DS releases after Captain Toad, either with ridiculously low print runs (Yo-Kai Watch 3, Yo-Kai Watch Blasters) or minimal marketing (Luigi's Mansion, WarioWare Gold). So there's that too.

PORT: Left 4 Dead 2 on the Switch.

ENHANCED PORT: Shin Onigashima (Famicom Disk System), ported to Switch with an English translation. No remastering, new features, etc. needed otherwise.

REMAKE: A remake of the original Chibi-Robo could help get that series back on its feet. It'd also help circumvent the high price tag of the GCN original.

Once again, Reddit is a VASTLY superior message board service and you have zero reason not to be there primarily.

I agree that GameFAQs isn't exactly an utopia. But fuck, man, Reddit is such a steaming pile nowadays. It could be enjoyable in its earlier days, but it's really become a dumpster fire.

The site's setup makes it especially prone to bots, astroturfing and vote manipulation. The moderators and admins are a different breed in terms of narcissism and power-tripping. And the vast majority of users, especially on the default/popular subs, come across as dumber than dog shit and proud of it. (There's also a weird self-loathing streak alongside the anti-intellectualism.) All of these problems ramped up considerably as Reddit become more mainstream, mainly from 2016 onward.

The common counterargument is to tailor the site how you see fit and filter out the rubbish subs. This helps, but honestly, I feel like many of Reddit's worst characteristics have seeped into even the smaller subreddits. I still get use out of the "strictly functional" subreddits like /r/vinyldeals, but there's no way I'd participate in the actual communities at this point.

Not shitting on your opinion specifically - more power to ya - but those are my two cents on Reddit itself.

None of the completely-new Pokemon have impressed me much, though; I think the best ones are Corviknight, Polteageist and Impidimp, but even they didn't exactly knock my socks off.

Since that leak has been dead-on so far, though, it does sound like the Sobble evos are promising.

My years-long take: Little Caesars is absolutely fine for the $5 price. Hell, if you have the app, you can add a 2-liter soda for free. An entire pizza and 2-liter soda for $5 might be the best deal in all fast food.

I just had Pizza Hut for the first time in years and couldn't really discern a noticeable jump in quality.

I agree with this. Domino's is my favorite of the chains by far, but I'd opt for Caesars over Pizza Hut and Papa John's. From a cost vs. quality perspective, the latter two just aren't worth it in comparison.
