Do you think it'll pass?

It doesn't seem likely. We have a "minority government" (the Tories) that relies on DUP votes for their (slim) majority. The DUP are against the deal and will certainly vote it down, which just about wipes out the government's majority. To make matters worse, there are various Tories that will vote against the deal, so they have to rely on other parties (particularly Labour, the SNP and the Lib Dems) to get it through. The official stance of Labour and the SNP is opposition to the deal (not sure about the Lib Dems).

However, the big complication is that a number of Labour MPs are expected to rebel and vote with the government. The SNP are fairly united, so I don't expect any of their MPs to rebel.

So really, it's all about rebellions, i.e. how many Tories rebel and vote against the government and how many Labour MPs rebel and vote with the government. There could be a significant number on both sides, but the arithmetic is looking difficult for the government regardless.

It has its advantages and disadvantages, but on balance I figured it'd be a net loss, so I voted Remain. At the moment the choices are between a Hard Brexit (which will certainly harm the economy) and a pointless Brexit (where we're still tied into EU rules with no say over them, but damage the economy less). Or no Brexit... May's deal falls into the second category.

Article 13 is clearly bad, although Westminster aren't any better on technological issues.

Still my favorite GTA game. Obviously V is better technically (gunplay, graphics, physics, AI), but I maintain that SA has its own pluses.

I think it's much better at rewarding the player, with more areas, features and so on regularly becoming available. There's a real sense of progression, from unlocking something as basic as Emmet's guns early on to owning businesses/assets later on. In V, many of the "rewards" are a slap in the face, and the businesses themselves are disappointing compared to SA's. The casino is particularly good in SA (and many of its missions are optional).

Upgrading weapon and vehicle skills isn't for everyone, but again it feeds into the sense of progression. I actually enjoy the vehicle schools, although I can see why they annoy some.

And the missions... There are some amazing ones in there that haven't been topped. Even the shorter missions are fairly memorable for me.

I love (and sometimes hate) characters like Smoke, Toreno, Woozie, The Truth and Tenpenny.

The game definitely has its flaws, but it still has so much going for it.

The original Deus Ex. Well, more the last third, but seeing as that's part of the second half, it probably still applies. The game basically becomes a lot more linear and actiony later on (going against the typical Deus Ex formula of choice, exploration, dialogue, etc.). It's fairly obvious that development for that stage of the game was rushed. Much more was planned, like White House and moon areas.

Despite that, it's still my favorite game.

ORAS if you haven't played RSE (otherwise XY). I really like the DexNav. I hope gen 8 takes some inspiration from it.

The good thing about XY is the Pokemon selection. There are three different sections to the Pokedex with like 400+ available in total just between those two games.

Post-game, neither are great. ORAS have the Delta Episode, which is decent. The equivalent in XY are the Looker missions. I prefer the former. Both obviously have their share of Legendaries to catch. Soaring in ORAS is cool, but not that useful really.

I'd never write them off completely without having some idea about their libraries. I generally wait until at least a few years into the gen before deciding (and even then I'll still keep my options open). If there are enough games not available on PC that I want, then I may still buy one. That said, I feel that the number of games in that category is dropping each gen. It's mostly Nintendo games and a few other Japanese games.

I like Yong and am subscribed to his channel, but the comments on his videos are often toxic I have to admit (not all of them, but certainly a few). They attract some of the anti-SJW, GamerGate types.

I don't think it's that Yong deliberately tries to court them or anything; it's just that he's critical of developers and game journalists at times, which the GGers line up on (the difference being that Yong's fairly constructive rather than ideologically opposed). As far as I'm concerned, that's all they really have in common. Yong seems like a decent guy to me. Maybe his video comments could use some moderation, that's all I'll say.

The honest answer is "don't know" to both questions.

I was tested by a behavioral psychologist when I was young (since I was disruptive in school, although I eventually settled down), but I don't know if it was a proper IQ test, and if it was, I was never told the results (as I was only 7 or 8).
