Skull Kid seems to be the favorite right now.

I think the Moon being an Assist Trophy is the biggest mark against Skull Kid right now. Like that would so obviously be his Final Smash, so for it to be relegated to a Assist Trophy makes me doubt he'd be included.

That's not really a mark against it, considering that we have Riki as an Assist Trophy and in Shulk's Final Smash. Plus, it's always possible that Skull Kid could have a different Final Smash.

Imagine if it was the Moon though. With the Moon assist trophy currently on the field. That would be really weird.

If they got good at bunting then they could bat normally. And nowadays the shift is a normal part of baseball so everyone should be getting good at bunting.

It's their own fault for not trying.

I think coaches and players who struggle with the shift are hoping it gets banned or limited instead. It's cool seeing players successfully bunt against the shift though, even it doesn't happen often.

That's a good question. I think as far as Rare's canon is concerned, Cranky was definitely the original DK. I have no clue what Nintendo's stance on the matter is. They might have just adopted Rare's take on it. Or they've never cared enough to dispute that.

Collecting, coin collecting. If you want to buy upgrades and stuff you have to collect the coins throughout the level. You're even graded on how many coins you picked up in a level. If you don't pick them up, then you don't have as many opportunities to upgrade. But, they hide the coins in little denominations all over the place, and you end up just collecting coins like it was a Mario game or something. Slows down the pace of the game and the narrative.

If you explore every part of the map, you're never going to have an issue with money. Exploration is kinda the point. I mean if you have no interest in doing that, that's fine, but don't expect to be able to upgrade shit if you don't.

I sort of agree, but I think Smash for 3DS was a very good game. I think it just held the Wii U version back. I thought a handheld Smash was a no-brainer even before they announced it, but I think its development should have been separate from the Wii U version.

Still both games are solid, even if I think Smash 4 (both versions) is the weakest game in the franchise. It shows just how great of a series Smash has been when that is what's considered the worst thing to happen to it.

Yeah killing everyone around you would probably make the city into a shithole and would mean you're playing a ruthless character.

It is fucking pre school tier design lesson to not punish the player for playing the game. It's a videogame about killing people where 90% of abilities are lethal and the game sabotages your satisfaction upon completion because you played with the abilities it offered you. Whoever thought that up doesn't belong in game development

What punishment is there? Who actually cares what ending you get? Killing people is fun, so I'm going to kill people. I couldn't give any less of a fuck what ending I get. And I say this as someone who cares about Dishonored's story. People who bring the ending garbage up act like it completely invalidates the gameplay, which is the actual most important aspect of the game.

By the way Dishonored 2 actually does give the player more options to play without killing people. A lot more. I agree that the lack of non-lethal options is a big flaw of the first game. Playing non-lethally in the sequel is much more fun.

I mean they're all amazing games. I know my favorite is undoubtedly the first Super Mario Galaxy. Least favorite is a bit tougher. Probably 3D World, but it's still an excellent game.

I have no opinion on 3D Land though, since I never played it.

The reason I prefer the first Super Mario galaxy to its sequel is simply because the game is more memorable. It's not even nostalgia, since I played them both again a couple years ago. The first Galaxy just has better levels in my opinion. Galaxy 2 still has a lot of cool stuff. The Cloud Flower is probably my favorite power-up in the franchise, even it's a bit broken.

I think if they had to add another Zelda character Impa or one of the BOTW Champions makes the most sense. The problem with Impa is that while she's in more games than any other character aside from the main three, she spends a lot of those games as an old woman. And the Champions are never going to be in a Zelda game again.

The mark against Skull Kid is that if he were in the game, the Moon would 100% be his final smash so it being an item isn't the a great sign for his inclusion.

I'd love it if I were wrong though.

That's a good point. I don't know what other Final Smash they could possibly use.
