The beauty of high end Fate content is you dont need dumb stuff like double Jalter to clear content, the low rarity servants are actually very strong when you build your team correctly. I haven't done a detailed breakdown but I don't imagine you need to worry about tackling the highest difficulty. (Unless you don't have anyone leveled, which is a different story lol)

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty. The humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewers head. Theres also Ricks nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realise that theyre not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Rick & Morty truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldnt appreciate, for instance, the humour in Ricks existential catchphrase Wubba Lubba Dub Dub, which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenevs Russian epic Fathers and Sons. Im smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Dan Harmons genius wit unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools.. how I pity them.

And yes, by the way, i DO have a Rick & Morty tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. Its for the ladies eyes only- and even then they have to demonstrate that theyre within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand. Nothin personnel kid

Thinking the FBI is spying on you through your webcam is dumb, but it is incredibly easy for someone in range to gain access to it, so covering it up isn't necessarily an act of pure paranoia. Nobody's going to get anything from my webcam except maybe me making an O-face, plus most of my neighbors seem technically inept so I cant be buggered.

There are other demos they showed too with some neat potential uses. Obviously this tech isn't 100% there yet but probably within the next 5 years nobody will have any reason to ever personally schedule a haircut/doctor appointment/restaurant reservation/whatever else again.

This was the movie that started my turn around into legit enjoying Marvel movies again. Could be partly because I fucking love Dr. Strange but if anything I feel like that would make me judge it more harshly and I still loved it. The visuals are fucking incredible and easily the best thing about the movie - I was very unsure that Marvel would be able to capture just how otherwordly the magic Strange deals with is supposed to be, but they nailed it.

Seems accurate to me - Thor 2 doesn't lead in to Ragnarok much like Iron Man 2 doesn't lead in to Iron Man 3. Both sequels get their set up in Avengers movies.

I'd suggest reinstalling the game and then reinstalling FAR because it really should work fine with the mod installed, but sounds like you're already moving on.

I would argue The Incredible Hulk is completely disconnected and skippable tbh, but even Marvel seems to want to pretend that movie didn't happen. That's really the only one, though, I'd recommend watching all the others.

The whole "stakes" concept has never made much sense to me when it comes to justifying caring about a movie. Like, one of the best movies ever made is about a guy who wants to get his rug back.

Beyond that I actually find it actively unappealing when movies needlessly crank the stakes too high. You can have a compelling story without the world/all life in the universe being at risk every time. When everyone just dials it up to 11 by default, you start to get numb to it.

Yakuza 3 is a really nice game for what it is. Stuff like Okinawa, retired Kiryu and the orphanage are all pretty much perfect for a game that ushered Yakuza in to the world of HD. The low-level Yakuza struggle that the story starts with is also a nice breather after the full-blown (and amazing) ridiculousness of Yakuza 2's conspiracies, but by the end of the game things end up getting insane and twisted anyway, lol.

Revelations were an A+++ addition and the new camera was one of the big leaps in the series as far as immersiveness goes. Honestly there wasn't a jump that big again until Yakuza 6's seamless world.

Bosses were SUPER gimmicky but honestly I kind of like that since it makes them more memorable. I can't remember a bunch of Yakuza 4's bosses but I definitely remember Mr. Bath Towel ripping an unrealistically large decoration off the wall to smack me with it.

My big complaints (all the cut content aside, which is exclusively a western problem) are the generally weaker story, the game largely casting aside what really made it special (Okinawa and the kids) and the pervasive feeling of "this is our first HD game, guys!" What I mean by that last one is there are a ton of plot points in this game that feel like they were only brought up so they could introduce old characters in HD. Lau Ka Long comes back, Kazama/Fuma has a clone brother, etc. Many times these reintroduced characters don't even do that much, so it feels even more "whatever."

I've already typed way more than I intended to and any further comments would extensively involve future games so I should probably cut it here. >_> Basically I like Yakuza 3 for a lot of things but it still manages to be one of my least favorite games in the series. Keep in mind this is my favorite video game series so that still means I like it quite a bit, lol.

I haven't played the demo, but hearing everyone talk about the protagonist - is it possible she's supposed to be an unlikable bitch and she develops into a better person through the story? Don't know if that would be what I expect from a SWERY protagonist but it's not that uncommon generally speaking.

Kodi and Plex are the same type of application - it's not like they're a pirate version of Netflix or anything per se, they construct a database from your own collection. So you can take all of your movies wherever they come from and whip them into a Netflixy interface that you can stream via your stick.

Gilles' skill from his strengthening is kind of hilarious in a sad way. At level 10 it's a 40% buster boost with a turn count that matches its cooldown so you can literally always have it up... and even then he's not a particularly good 3* Saber. :(

How active is Wild in Hearthstone these days, anyhow? I stopped playing towards the end of Old Gods but at least when it was new I always had the sense that Wild was kind of a dead throwaway mode that almost nobody cared about. I've been playing Shadowverse for about a month now and one of the big things that immediately struck me is that the Unlimited format is actually a big part of the game with lots of players and even events of its own. I figure things must have changed for HS since I quit since the card offerings of the two formats are way more different now than when I stopped.

The mats listed there all have better drop rates here than usual, so it's a nice chance to scoop them up. As a big, big bonus, you can effortlessly rake in tens/hundreds of millions of QP from turning in emblems. You'll get plenty from running any of those nodes, but if you're JUST after QP then the best bet is probably Residential Area EX.

(Realistically though nobody should be hurting for QP after the Da Vinci event, and we've got another event on the way that will throw out a ton of the stuff, but it never hurts to have more!)

It makes for a very convenient device to plug in and either watch Netflix or set up Plex. I use it on one TV for the latter and it works like a charm. Realistically though just about any device you have plugged in to a TV can probably also run either of those apps, lol.

I don't know if I agree with a port being "compromised" because TVs can't be flipped on their side. Like, depending on the size of your TV, that windowed display might actually be larger than the original cabinet display. I do see the point that the handheld screen size might not be great, but I've used my Switch as a handheld like maybe once or twice, so *shrug*

Huh, this topic is super interesting. I'm used to seeing almost nothing but praise for both of these games, but especially for Tropical Freeze.

FWIW I enjoyed both of them immensely. Neither comes near capturing the magic of DKC1 or 2, but those are legit some of the best 2D platformers ever made so that feels like a kind of unreasonable bar.
