Can't say I care unless it's directly in my presence and even then I'll just remove myself from the situation or if that's not possible just suck it up. On nights out I see quite a few disgusting things but it's easy enough to turn a blind eye, even more sow hen drunk. Thankfully not a lot actually disgusts me and it takes a lot to actually offend me. Things like abusers, rapists and paedophiles fall into that category and all logic goes out of the window at that point. I don't know any of these people in real life though.

I play on normal for my first run though the game. That normally provides challenge at the right moments and that's the mode the game is designed to be played on. Once I've done with the game I'll play through on a harder mode at times. I mean anyone can beat a game on a harder mode if they are willing to put the time and effort into it. Hell some games hard modes are easy such as the Arkham series.

I have it by the side of me for the alarm. It's a double edged sword though as this means I can't put it on silent so any calls or whatnot I receive while I try to sleep I tend to hear. It doesn't help I'm a light sleeper too.

Then put on what you normal would on a night out. With me a tend to go with Jeans, T-shit and a jacket of sorts but others would probably just put on a shirt. Depends the type of clubs really. I tend to put on something that'll fit into any type of club. Also footwear is important. Some places don't allow trainers(sneakers) because they think those that have them on will cause trouble. Although with that said any type of black footwear has never failed me. I normally get turned away when I've had too much and/or don't have I.D although the later of the two is rare these days as I'm way past drinking age and look old enough.

Ah yes I seem to recall that. I guess though it's more motivation to stay alive and live each day like it's your last. Although admittedly I'm failing on the later of the two. Back on topic though I tend to get very little sleep and even when I do get some sleep I have nightmares every night. Although I suppose I've become immune to them I've had them for that long.
