That's not quite really the gist of it.
Actually what we can subtly smell (it's a combination of smell and senses) is if another woman engaged in a sexual intercourse in the past 3 to 4 hours.
For example when arriving at the office in the morning, we can usually tell which of us had a "happy awakening" or not.

One time I was at work and had to poop. We only have one unisex toilet bathroom thing and I stunk it up nice. As soon as I was done, I went out and to my horror, the decent looking girl I work with was outside waiting for the bathroom, I casually smiled at her and ran off.

In general, but not when my salary even with a 20% increase is still less than everyone else who has worked here in my entire time here. I've had 3 raises over the years but it has only been raises such as $2,000 or $3,000, whereas other employees had $6,000 - $10,000 raises.

20% in 10 years is nothing for jobs that actually give raises. That's completely standard 2%/year. They're probably just covering ass after the audit and realized they haven't given OP his contractually entitled 2% every year.

It's actually about 1.85% every year to get 20% in 10 years. 2% every 10 years is 21.9%

That is why you should change jobs every 2-3 years
