You view the web pages source and put the url for the swf file at the end of the website name. When you try to open that page it prompts you to download the swf

My stats aren't maxed yet but I've already had a 38 on the swf file. Its ridiculously better and i highly recommend doing it that way. Combined with recognizing which pitch types i was struggling the most with this deed is as good as done.

Also I started my progression over. I determined that I was losing several HRs each attempt to A) having an old PC and B) Chrome being a bloated nightmare at times.

So I downloaded the .swf file and a program to play it with. It runs a million times better not-in-chrome. Wont take long to max stats again.

New record is nice, but 5 out of my last 10 pitches were owl and they were all misses. I could have put up a 35 easy with the run I was on. Contact is maxed now and Power is at 18. I just need to put together a bit more consistency and i'll do this.

Attempt #4 - 24 Home Runs. Max consecutive: 7

This one was an interesting one. I decided I would try to keep track of which balls I saw by using a pen/paper and marking them during home runs. Here is what I have marked down.

Eeyore/Lumpy/Piglet - 7 HR out of 12 thrown.

Kanga - 6 HR out of 15 thrown.

Rabbit - 6 HR out of 7 thrown.

Owl - 1 HR out of 8 thrown (ouch!).

Tigger - 5 HR out of 8 thrown.

I have E, L and P all in one category because their throws are all just regular flat throws and at least as far as I can tell there is no way to distinguish them from each other. So based on that I saw significantly more Kanga than anything else, and I was god awful at owl, as one would expect. I'll try to keep these numbers for a few attempts and see if it tells me anything. It was a little hectic though getting my hand back on the mouse in time for the next toss sometimes.

I had a pretty nice streak of 9 on this one. Missed a lot of easy ones though. Had 50% on owl though, which is nice. I'm going to need good owl luck combined with not screwing up on easy ones.

Only slightly better than attempt 1. On the positive side of things I made contact with nearly everything. Perhaps only 1 or 2 got by as a whiff. Lots of foul/hits though.

Much better! Sadly I had about 10 whiffs on this one, but nearly everything I made contact with was a home run. My speed is maxed and now I just need to max Contact (16/20) and Power (15/20)

This is a big part of what keeps me coming back.

I have a file on PS4 that I decided I would play by handicapping myself. I decided to do this file while growing 0 crops and staying level 0 in mining/combat. Essentially I want to try and complete the bundles with only foraging and fishing and farm animals. I would stay level 0 in farming as well if possible, but I gain farming experience from raising the animals so that's just not possible.

It adds a fresh struggle do it that I hope will extend past year 1. I will still need sprinklers because I intend to grow wild seeds on my farm during the seasons, but because I wont be doing any mining I'm going to have to buy all the metals from clint or receive them from fishing chests. I'm only a week or two into that farm though and so that project is on hold for now since I'm spending so much time on my farm with ermine.

But yeah, that early game progression is just so good.

selling the speed gro isn't the most terrible thing.

Blueberry seeds cost 80 and without speed grow you get 4 harvests of 150 apiece (not counting silver/gold). So 80 gold becomes 600 gold.

using the regular speed gro gets you one extra harvest for an additional 150. So 4 speed gro gets you an additional 600 gold when used on 4 plans.

OR you can sell 4 speed gro for 80g which is enough for an additional blueberry seed, which then earns you 600g throughout summer.

So regular speed gro is actually revenue neutral in year 1.

By year 2/3 you should have enough money/tools/etc to be able to fill your ENTIRE farm with crops, and in that situation yes, you'll want to maximize profits with speed gro or fertilizer, but in year 1 you have more space than you can possibly fill with crops, so you haven't really "lost" anything by selling.

....You lucky bastard. I've put a ton of hours into this game across a great many save files and i've still never had a red cabbage or red cabbage seed offered to me during year 1.

If your file is multiplayer I'd be happy to hop in and join you from time to time. I wouldn't try to take over or change anything that you didn't want done but I could be an extra pair of hands to collect wood/stone/etc for you.

The inside of our greenhouse. Several columns of strawberries on the right which we are turning into strawberry seeds for Spring. About 2 columns of ancient fruit on the left (I've added 5 more since this picture was taken) which will also generate some seeds in time for spring 1 and will eventually produce enough seeds for a massive ancient fruit crop in year 3. The other crap is just random stuff that came from mixed seeds.



This is the inside of the Shed (left of house). It's not full yet, but eventually it will house 67 furnaces. It's more than we could possibly ever need, but ermine pulls in a ridiculous amount of stuff every day from the mines and we needed to upscale our furnace game considerably to keep up with that.



Here's our community center. 4/6 bundles complete.



The crafts room will be complete on the first day of Winter, we just need the last two winter foraging items.



The bulletin board still requires an odd assortment of goods. Most of it will be finished before winter is over, but the Dye Bundle requires a Red Cabbage which we will not have access to until Summer of Year 2. If we get lucky we will have option to buy a Red Cabbage from the travelling merchant before then, but I'm not counting on it...

And there you have it! It's a pretty good farm for a year 1 farm, especially considering the layout hasn't really changed much since the beginning of summer. This was a pretty good time to take a snap shot of our progress though, because as I said our farm layout will be getting overhauled as soon as winter hits.

This is the inside of our house. Pretty cluttered still! I like to move furniture around before ermine comes to bed so he has to walk around it to avoid being late <_<



The front porch. To the right you can see our cluttered storage. Eventually we'll have a much more organized storage system, but for now we have a handful of chests and generally put things where they are supposed to go. On the left you can see the furnace shed and beneath us you can see the top of the farm area.



Left of house. We have 1 of each fruit tree. The spring trees aren't done yet but will be before winter is out. You can see more of the top bit of the farm area.



More Left. Our greenhouse has been up since Fall 11 or so. You can see my house that I never sleep in and our lightning rods.



Furthest Top/Left. Not much different from last picture. You can see the grandfather shrine (we still haven't looked at the note) and you can see the silo.



Back to the crops. This is the left edge of the crop space. Our crop area utilizes 48 sprinklers for a total of (48*8) 384 crops. The farm space has been arranged in this manner since 1st day of summer. But once winter hits it will be entirely overhauled and redesigned to plan for Iridium Sprinklers.



Right edge of the crops. We have 4 crab pots that we sometimes to collect and change the bait <_< You can also see the top edge of our animal space in this shot.



Just south of the last picture. Bit more view of the animals. The layout is a bit messed up right now, but due to it being a beta we currently can't move any buildings on the farm so the building layout is going to be a bit rough until we can do that. Typically we'd want the coop about 3 spaces left of where it is now so we could have a gate that is in between the barn and coop. But we'll just have to make do with where the buildings currently are until we can move them.



Central shot of the animal space. We currently have 2 chickens, 1 duck and 1 rabbit in the coop. And in the barn we have 2 goats and 1 cow. We will be adding dinosaurs to the coop once we find out first dinosaur egg and we may add pigs to the farm but we haven't yet determined how heavily we'll be focusing on animal products. The grazing area will need to be made larger at some point but currently it sustains itself.



Beneath the animals is our Oak Resin farm. 24 Oak trees producing resin for the absurd amount of kegs we will need. I think we're sitting around 80 or 100 resin at the moment which will be a very nice jump start to our kegs once we start building them and transitioning from raw crops to wines.



And with that you've seen more or less everything on the farm itself. Left of that is just wasteland and openness.

Bottom/Left. We also have a barn here that will be for kegs once we upgrade it to Barn3.

At least 15 must have gone over the right foul pole. They had the distance but my timing was just fractionally too slow. Another 8 or so were unhittable owl garbage, but those might become possible once i'm done maxing stats. For a first attempt he seems less intimidating than I remember.

Owl = upgrade contact so your sweet spot is bigger and time your swing so that it is either zigging or zagging towards the sweet spot when you pull the trigher.

Very productive day today!

We:

-Finished all the fishing bundles

-Finished the pantry bundles for the greenhouse. We did this one on Fall 11 which is only 1 day slower than you could reasonable expect to finish the bundle without having lucky purchases from the traveling shop.

-Both got our Infinity Swords. I expect we'll be fighting Thanos any day now.

-Are well on our way to a shed full of furnaces to streamline our smelting endeavors.

And we're just about ready in terms of resources to finish upgrading all our tools. It takes 168k (not counting metal bars) to do all the tool upgrades, and money is becoming less and less of an issue.

Tomorrow I want to finish the Furnace Shed (need a lot of copper ore still!) and get all my tools to gold at least. And once the axe is iridium I can make a push for Foraging 10 so I can take the perk to only pick up iridium quality foraging. Oh, and fall will be ending soon which means I'm going to have to redesign the whole farm layout for iridium sprinklers instead of the quality sprinklers. That's going to be tricky since we still can't move farm buildings around due to a beta related glitch.

Up until a couple years ago we only had Regal in Fresno, but we have a Maya now. No amc for a good distance though.

Anyways i need to run the numbers but im pretty sure my wife and I would save money by switching to movie pass. It might be close, but even in that case we could increase our usage without significantly affecting overhead. Something to consider...

I had never heard of movie pass prior to this topic. So i was reading some articles and this stuck out.

The trick is signing up enough independents to where we can start to not show every show or every showtime or every movie at the top three chains, says Lowe. Were spending millions and millions of dollars every week at those top three. Those customers are spending on average $13 on popcorn and soda, which is more than double the norm, because theyre not shelling out money for their ticket. The minute we start to not show every theater in the AMC brand, or every movie, thats when that will start to turn around. In other words, if the big chains don't start cutting MoviePass in on concessions sales, MoviePass could cut them out of its app. At 1.5 million customers, that's not such a big deal. If and when it hits five million, the balance shifts. You've got a nice popcorn business; it'd be a shame if something happened to it.

Yeah, unfortunately with everyone having different schedules there is no magic time that can fit everyone.

I typically don't get home from work until around 11 PM PST so that would ruin me for any evening game you were running. Thought it would be cool if we had enough active b8 stardewers to populate several different games at different times of day.

Woo! Today was both chill and productive. Rolled into summer and got our corn/melons/hotpeppers/tomatoes going. But mostly a crapton of blueberries which will pay for the rest of our backpack and tool upgrades.

Also in attempting to duplicate our already-updated-tools we managed to create more crap versions of our tools.

Also we had a lovely time at the flower dance. ...I was on the girl side :/

9 runs for 4 victories seems pretty decent. I'll give the final battle a shot tonight after work.

First try success on final battle. It was really touch and go for most of it. I took The first almagamation out with a brawl. The 2nd almagamation was given Windfury and then she made a copy of it. I only survived by using tracker hero power every turn to get a blizzard to keep them locked down for 5+ turns while i dug for more removal.

It was a lot of fun though. These are the 4 perks i took.

1) heal allied minions + self for 2 hp every turn (this was one of my favorite perks across all classes and was an easy take)
2) minions cost 1 less to play (it wasn't against anything great and my hand to that point was mostly minions)
3) minions get +2 hp (this was my first time taking this one in all my runs. Im not sure how influential it was but it set up a few trades and has good synergy with the every-turn-heals)
4) you can use your hero power twice a turn and it costs 1 less. (standard amazing tracker perk).

I do wonder if you get your heroes in random order though. I benefited a lot from tracker being my 8cost and getting that perk

Now i need to go back and finish all my dungeon runs in kobolds.
