A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The "shall not be infringed" is more where the second amendment is relevant. UK common law includes the right to bear arms, but the US constitution essentially says "You're not allowed to restrict people from owning weapons"

This. Oseltamavir isn't even an effective drug, and likely wouldnt have made a difference to this story. We don't even use it in our hospital for patients admitted with confirmed influenza.

Tamiflu is effective. It stops the replication of the virus but there is a time limit. If you take the drug after 48 hours it's going to be near useless and you would be better off treating the symptoms.

I know that it works on a biochemical level, but it's not really worth anything without clinical relevance. It only gets used in high-risk scenarios here, like if somebody is on the level of needing respiratory support/ICU admission. It's available anywhere in the hospital but on general medicine I almost never saw it used last winter.
Flu vaccines are a better option for sure, though. In those who are higher risk (Over 65, respiratory or renal disease, immune suppression, etc.)

I was wondering if the new game was more like the Witcher, but I dont think it is.

I bounced off MHFU hard as well, back in the day. I only tolerated like 2 hours of playing it. MHW so far is much better. The beta was a nice way to get introduced to the hunting without having to deal with all the extra BS. The main game takes things a bit slower unfortunately, and I think that's to its disadvantage.

A lot of the grunt work TC is thinking of (counting stuff, packaging it) is traditionally done by pharmacy technicians, not pharmacists.

Pharmacists are harder to replace because they have a clinical role beyond just spitting out whatever the doctor wrote.

Isn't that essentially injecting a small amount of the disease/poison into your body so that it develops antibodies to fight said disease/poison? That sounds dumb to me if so.

This is not how a lot of vaccines work these days. You're describing a "live attenuated" vaccine, where a pathogen is modified into a form that is non-virulent in humans. (e.g. selected using viral culture, gene defects that render a virus unable to enter human cells, etc.). It's not the same as just giving a "small amount of the disease." Examples include MMR and varicella vaccines.

Many vaccines nowadays are inactivated or subunit vaccines. It's like injecting a non-functional part of the organism so that your body can recognise it, but it's not actually an organism capable of reproducing. It's like if I put you in a room full of tiger skins. You would learn to recognise a tiger's appearance, but you would not be inany danger of being attacked by a tiger. This is how influenza, pneumococcal, pertussis vaccines work.

It's all just up to how the composer wants it to be read. What tempo etc. It's possible to write it just in 4/4, but it would probably make more sense to the player in compound time since the accented notes are every 3.

Or you could do it like @Anteaterking says.

See example for all 3 one after the other:

123 123 123 123 12 12 (repeating)

There are a few different ways you could time signature this. If you had it at a fast tempo, it could be 4 bars of 3/4 followed by 1 bar of 4/4 and then repeating. This would have that string rhythm playing triplets the whole time

Alternatively, it's possible to write it in compound time. So that would be either:
1 bar of 12/8 followed by 1 bar of 4/8
OR
2 bars of 6/8 followed by 1 bar of 4/8.

I think it's more likely just 3/4 and 4/4 though. Only some of the instruments are playing triplets.
