well it's only taken like 2 years but I'm finally interested in watching Shaman games again. also coincidentally Priest has become the class where even if it's one of my favorite players I pretty much get bored and close out of the video/stream after like 10 seconds.

bloodborne fanbase is prettttyyyy good. even after the game has been out for quite some time there is a steady flow of fan generated content like great fan arts and such. there's also people who go out of their way putting in a ton of time and effort to find cut materials from the game files and not just show them off but try to make ways so that any player can access them.

I feel the fanbase is also a bit more niche and less mainstream than dark souls as a whole. if you go asking for advice or information you're more likely to get it instead of someone spouting a meme at you.

That's a crazy amount of time in that game.... like a level and a half.

He died during that Tails Car level and since dying means starting all over from the beginning of the stage it really cost him the race.

I didn't even see that part but yeah that would be even more lost time

from the parts I saw I remember him trying some new strategy on the ghost boss with knuckles, messing it up like 3 times, and then just doing it the normal way. then after that the egg golem fight he messed up his super bounce and kept falling down into the quicksand multiple times which ate up a lot of time.

hmm word on the street is that arena is in pretty decent shape again, although people are crediting the microadjustments which I am still very wary of. that being said they are PROBABLY better at fixing issues with cards that aren't outside of the normal range of problematic. I think for stuff like the DKs the cards need to be outright removed, but maybe for adjusting the arena meta the subtle changes work well enough.

I was originally planning on releasing a limited demo in january, but my travel plans got pushed back and I think the game world will feel rather empty if I release the game as is right now. maybe in march will work better.

that being said I don't think the limited demo is something I'll be posting on board 8 for everyone to play so yeah it might be several months after that before I have anything to show here.

I played that game like 40 hours and then my friend informed me that I wasn't even halfway through it

at that point I said 'no thanks'

literally was not interested in continuing to invest more time in the game at the pace the plot was moving
