He goes crazy when Vader talks about turning Leia to the Dark Side and comes within a moment of killing him until he catches himself. I'm very curious about where everything is headed. also there's something I've noticed in the Layton games up to this point Whenever Layton is about to introduce Luke, he never gets to finish telling people who he is before Luke butts in and calls himself the professor's apprentice. It's always like, "This is Luke, my..." "...I'm the professor's apprentice!" or something along those lines. Makes me wonder what the real story is there. I imagine we'll get the answer at some point, but yeah. --- |

| LeonhartFour 12/27/17 1:32:01 PM #397 | I was a bit skeptical at first, honestly, but they sold me on it by the end of the movie. Plus, Mark Hamill's performance was brilliant. I mean, yeah, RotJ Luke and TLJ Luke feel like totally different characters, but it's also been 30 years and screwing up Leia's son would probably have some fairly traumatic effects on him. One of my favorite lines in the movie is when Luke's explaining what happened between him and Kylo to Rey and he says, "Leia trusted me...with her son," and you can hear Luke choking up as he says it. The delivery on that part is so good. --- |

| LeonhartFour 12/27/17 12:36:18 AM #39 | Shiro is definitely the type of protagonist Jeff Zero (or should I say Jeff Shiro) tend to like. Anyway, I watched a couple more episodes of the original Fate/stay night (perhaps I should say "Fate........stay night" since the narrator puts a noticeable pause there during episode previews). Still seems all right so far! The talk with Kirei at the church is a little more elaborate than in UBW, and the Saber/Berserker fight ends pretty differently. Also, Ilya reveals Berserker's identity right away here unlike in UBW, and she called Shiro "Mister" instead of "Big Brother." A few other observations regarding Saber: Her sword is literally invisible instead of having that weird wavy effect it has in UBW. She also puts a lot of emphasis on the first syllable of Shiro's name, which might be deliberate and go along with what dowolf was saying yesterday. Also, she thinks hunger is the enemy and extravagance is the enemy. --- |

Finn's role in the movie is to get him from the guy who's still deathly afraid of the First Order and still doesn't think the Resistance has any chance to win, to a guy who proudly identifies himself as a rebel and is willing to die for the cause. Their plotline has definitely been the highlight of Season 4 so far, although I'll be disappointed if this show ends and Yukina still doesn't know Hiei is her brother. In the middle of his fight with Yomi, Yusuke suddenly needs a reason to fight other than just for the sheer joy of fighting, but he eventually figures it out after a few minutes. Only two more episodes of the main show remain, although there are apparently some OVAs, too, but we're getting close to the end! --- |

The viewer doesn't know Holdo and thus has no reason to trust her or side with her. The average Star Wars fan probably trusts Leia implicitly and would side with her over Poe, which wouldn't really be good for his character building. although if Leia turned out to be a clone instead I guess they could've pulled it off lawl --- |
