It says the store is primarily for people who work at Amazon HQ and those people would be more likely than average to have a smartphone and checking account. There are ways to use such things in a racist way(like if demographic data said that blacks in a particular town had near 0 checking account use while it was common in whites, then someone could put up stores like that in areas of town where both groups are common in order to keep blacks out), but that is true for most things and this store is certainly not used that way. --- I want a pet Lavos Spawn.
