Personally, except for mine wiggling out every once in a while(I usually just disconnect and reconnect or switch if I don't wanna deal with it), mine still work fine. But I've seen lots of people who's controllers just stop working while playing something. Maybe they're a little too rough with it, though. Haha. Stop buying alcohol altogether, find a goal of any sort, and use that money as funds towards that goal rather than spending it on nothing. What does alcohol do for you that being constructive can't achieve? Write out pros and cons, write out a list that basically says "These are my goals, this is how I want to achieve them" Idk, you sound more depressed than anything so that's why I posted the whole goals thing... I had a roommate who use to spend pretty much all his money on alcohol for him and his friends. He was in the military with me, so he made a good amount. I have a recharge stand for my Wiimotes. You had to buy it seperately, but it was available. For PS4, I charge it everytime I'm done. For XBox, I bought rechargeable batteries. Before I found those, I had to buy batteries like I use to for my gameboy color. They should probably do what Sony did and make a rechargeable controller again...
