Depends on the season really, just boxers in summers and pajamas during winters.

Late Spring - early Fall = t-shirt and boxers
Late Fall - early Spring = t-shirt or long-sleeved shirt and sweatpants or pajama bottoms.

Pajamas (top and bottom). It's normally too cold for me to sleep in just boxers. The most I'll go to is shirtless and that's on the odd occasion where it's too hot.
