Note: execute. When a person is found guilty of murder, there is reasonable suspicion that their death is warranted, and they kill the convicted criminal humanely. If the case was found to be deliberately tampered with then the tamperer should be executed for causing the death of a potentially innocent person. It's not about what the prisoner prefers, nobody cares, but him being shot in the face is far preferable to society and that's the only thing that matters.
