The problem isn't flavor. It's fat. Turkey is too lean to make a good burger.

Good point. But that's why you do a turkey burger with bacon on it! Cook the bacon first then cook the turkey in the bacon grease?

lol that'd probably turn out awful.

Buuuut that said, turkey burgers are a no-go.

Well you'd just have to season it really well. We've made ground chicken avocado burgers before as well. Then poured a homemade zesty ranch dressing on it. :)

Yeah I've made turkey chili before, and turkey spaghetti sauce too. You really can't tell a difference.

Ground turkey is also good paired with salsa and black beans on a taco.

Yup. We basically never buy ground beef anymore cause turkey beats it in every way. I think it's cheaper too? Idk I don't go grocery shopping. lol

Toss in some unsweetened cocoa powder. Adds a great smokiness to it.

The more I think about it, the more interesting this is.

You'd be shocked at all the food that contains that ingredient. My wife also adds a bottle of orange beer to our chili.

Another fun tidbit! If you want to put ground beef in your chili, try replacing it with ground turkey. Ground turkey tastes the same in chili, it's more lean, and it doesn't have the overwhelming taste that beef does. Ground beef overpowers the other flavors in your chili and will ruin it unlike turkey.

Really sorry to hear TC. Like others have said, you can't blame yourself. You'll drive yourself crazy with the could of/would of/should of.

Use this opportunity to reach out to the people close in your life and assure them that you are there for them no matter what. Whether they currently have issues like your friend or not, there might come a day when they are in a similar situation and they'll remember what you've told them.

Do people see actually want to see this shit more because of the celebrities doing the voices? I seriously don't get why they have to have some guy who was a secret agent or some shit in a movie with actual people to play their animated dog. Very strange and kind of off-putting tbh, surely they could save money by getting a small-time person

Most of those people have worked with Wes Anderson before, so he likely targeted them for casting of certain rolls because he works well with them.

I actually started thinking that after watching the trailer for that Fantastic Mr. Fox movie and hearing George Clooney's fucking voice being there for no reason

I don't understand. Are you angry that George Clooney voiced the main character in that movie?

Is shrugging different humor for different people I guess, I find it to be absolutely hilarious. And the premise is wonderfully unique, another important element in comedy, always being a surprise and fresh.

In fact I'm surprised it ever got renewed although am extremely glad it did, considering it's way too smartly written for average TV audience that give all the high ratings.

There just wasn't enough laugh out loud moments for me personally. Still, if a show can deliver a unique concept and have cleverly written situations around that concept, then I'll eat it up. Funny or not.

Also I agree with the renewal comment. Seems like something that will get axed too soon like Reaper. (;_;)

Only problem with that is I don't want to waste time/money on unnecessary classes, you know? It would be great if I could knock out degree classes (IT or CE) and also study creative writing and film classes, but I'm short on money and trying to finish asap. Maybe it's just my mindset.

It also depends how you're sitting in your degree. When I transferred from my community college to university, I had most of my classes needed for my bachelors. My university had a requirement that at least 60 credit hours of the degree had to come from their own school. Because of this, I could take whatever classes I wanted to fill that requirement.

If you're not in that blessed situation, think of it this way. College is what you make of it. If you want to get in and out as quick as you can then you can do that. You can also throw in one fun class each semester and just enjoy learning about something fun. When I think back on my time in college, I think more about the fun classes I took than the CS classes that were a bear to get through.

Don't think about the money too much. What's another few hundred tossed on top of that loan that's already tens of thousands of dollars? You'll make great money in the IT/CE/CS fields which you'll be able to pay off that debit soon enough.

Balance classes that you're forced to take(degree classes) with fun classes to fill credit hours and electives.

One semester I had a bowling class and classical guitar class before my programming class. Made for a fun day and helped me focus better during my programming class.

Yeah it's all about communication than anything else. Every marriage does money management differently. Just need to find what works for the couple. My wife and I just use my bank account for everything. She gets her checks direct deposited into it whenever she's working. It's a marriage, it's all our money, even when she's not working. We both spend whatever we want but we're also reasonable with spending so we've never butted heads over it.

Honestly, don't over think it. All of these degrees will be profitable for you and they have a lot of overlapping classes. Do some research on what jobs you can get with each degree and go for what interests you.

Also it's easy to jump into different career paths once you get in the field. Many employers will see the word computer in your degree name and not know the difference between CS, IT, etc anyway. I got a bachelors in Applied Computer Science and I went into the Sys Admin/Data Center Engineer career path. Never did any sort of software development and don't plan on it.
