I don't get why the chuds don't move to Russia if they got such a man crush on Putin? I'm sure the Russians would welcome American expatriates, they could even parade them on RT, they'd probably get decent paying gigs just slagging America on Russian soil as political pawns.

I hear there's certain enclaves in Russia with plenty of English speakers around, learning Russian might even be optional. Wouldn't it be great if we could just convince all the chuds to get the hell out and go to Russia? One way ticket, you trade your American citizenship for a Russian one, there's no turning back. Even after they've been weaned off Putin's jizz, and the reality sets in that Russia is a pretty crummy place to live, tough s***, you wanted it, you got it, good riddance.

They also liked Rody Duterte (former president of the Philippines). Famous for saying "just kill them all" when it came to people accused of petty drug offenses.

What experience do you have with these chains to base this on?

I know that they're not picky about who they hire. I know that even convicted felons can get jobs at restaurants. I know that now hiring signs are up and have been up at the same places for over a year now, which clearly and obvious means that they've been actively hiring the entire time.

I've seen restaurants so desperate for help that they're operating at diminished capacity, much to the frustration of customers who walk in, can't get a seat and see a bunch of empty booths that are taped off.

If someone can't get hired in this type of job market, then I honestly don't know what to say other than there's something clearly wrong with them. I think even a felon convicted of murder who just got out of the slammer after 20 years could get hired at a restaurant right now.

The demand for workers is high enough right now to where you'd have to be a miserable failure at life to get your application rejected from a restaurant chain. Many of them got now hiring signs up, and these signs have been up for quite some time. I've seen some restaurants operating at diminished seating capacity, because they literally don't have enough waiters or cooks to be able to fill all the tables. If things are this bad, and you still get rejected, I believe I'd just call it quits at that point. I'm perfectly OK with giving a person who can't get hired at a restaurant chain a disability check.

According to estimates, civilian death toll in Ukraine is around 8500-10k. Israel has mass murdered more civilians in just 40 days than the Russians have in nearly 2 years.

The situations are nearly identical, Israel has no legitimate claim to Palestinian territory any more than Russia has a legitimate claim to Ukrainian territory, and both are using an occupying military force to murder people.

It's one of the biggest mass murders this century, between this and what the Russians are doing in Ukraine? The US government completely supports one of them, and it's bipartisan. 100% of the GOP and a sizable majority of the Democrats support the mass murder of civilians in Gaza. It's truly disgusting.

I only got tested once, and that was in grade school. I was in 3rd grade and a 5th grader was bullying me, and I put my whole body into swinging a lunch box upside his head, and he was left bawling in tears.

The messed up part was he shoved me to the ground completely unprovoked, yet I got suspended a whole week for fighting back, even though he was 2 grades above me and twice my size. Where is the justice in that? If people want to know how a disrespect for authority develops in children, situations like this are case and point for the cause. I didn't get punished at home, my dad told me I did nothing wrong.

I didn't think it was easier. I didn't find Lies of P all that hard, you just had less control over builds and choices. But the type of build they encouraged me to use in Lies of P was something that was already in my wheelhouse anyway, just running a melee build with a big weapon is basically what I run in any "souls-like".

It took me longer to beat Lords of the Fallen. I played as a mage in Lords of the Fallen just to mix it up, I got tired of playing big weapon builds.

If my nose doesn't like it, I'm definitely not putting it in my mouth, I don't care what it is. Stinky Tofu is about as pleasant as some of the nastiest smelling farts I've vented between my ass cheeks, would stinky tufu enjoyers like me to bottle up my farts so they can whiff them out of jars to fancy their strange palettes?

Pungent? Either you got some weird kind of tofu or it had gone bad. Standard, fresh tofu has almost no odor at all. Or taste, for that matter. Kind of the whole point is to mix it with other stuff.

Every Chinese place I've been in that's served tofu, it has a pungent aroma. I asked a waitress what that really bizarre smell was, and she said it was tofu. So I've associated that specific pungent odor with tofu ever since. It smelled like it was fermented, it didn't smell good.

I liked Lords of the Fallen (2023) better.

Most of the Chinese places near me, and all of them are bad except for one, but the one good one is really expensive. It's like $17 for a lunch buffet. They do good business, but I can't justify $17 for lunch. I can get a bigger plate (3 proteins) at Panda Express for $10, and that's about all I'd eat at a buffet anyway. The cheaper buffets that are closer to the $10 price point are all worse than Panda Express.

I don't like tofu, it has a really pungent aroma that I find disgusting. I'm not too picky and I'm open to trying almost anything, but pungent smelling food is where I draw the line.

The best Chinese I ever ate was Hunan. It was a sit down restaurant, and it was high quality food. When I look for a place that has good Chinese food, I look for a name that has Hunan in it and I've never been disappointed. Food at a "Hunan" restaurant is also more expensive than Panda Express. About 35-50% more.

I don't have anything against eating cats. Pretty much every group of humans on the planet hunted and ate cat meat if it was available. A lot of people don't realize this, but people do eat cat meat in America:

By the time PS5s became available to readily purchase, I no longer wanted one. I had since moved on to upgrading my PC. Over a year after launch, I literally couldn't find one for sale that wasn't over MSRP, so I gave up on it.

It's simple, they probably live in Eastern Kentucky or Northern Idaho.

Chuy's is also better than 95% of Mexican Restaurants.

I agree that Panda Express definitely beats your average hole-in-the-wall Chinese takeout place in the USA.

There's another chain called Chao Cajun that's usually in mall food courts that's really good. Bourbon chicken is awesome. Some of them have additional entrees, but it's usually just bourbon chicken. I could live off bourbon chicken, the sauce from the bourbon chicken mixes with the rice, and it's just the best thing ever.

I'd take Chao Cajun or Panda Express over typical Chinese Takeout.

Now, there's some very good sit down Chinese restaurants that serve high quality, more traditional dishes that beat the hell out of Panda Express and Chao Cajun, but the price tag is also a bit higher. I've never seen this quality from a takeout place, they might exist, I've just never seen it.

Starfield is boring. The POI layouts on planets are mostly identical to each other. You're not exploring a new place, you're exploring the same lab layout you've done before, with possibly different enemies, and randomized loot in some of the chests. After my 2nd planet, I realized there was nothing new or interesting I was going to find by exploring planets.

Not necessarily. If both are employed and don't have kids, then sure. If you got 2-3 kids, you're likely poorer than a single person with a single income.

You can avoid any of these scams by just blocking any randoms who message you on steam. Random friend requests, I also ignore/block those.

Personally, I'd cut the charges down to something like involuntary manslaughter, or even assault 1st degree. This guy was scum, and complete dead weight to society and doesn't deserve anyone's sympathy.
