You can use the same trick OP used in Prison to make a ghost overlap IS and then teleport it out. Somehow I think I solved the hard part and am missing the easy part. I figured out how to get rid of the leaf by alternating PUSH and TELE on adjacent ghosts. But there seems to be no way to move IS down to WIN without breaking IS YOU.
