The last one even got a whole new title screen. As for game being released without game breaking bugs, the Nes port of Donkey Kong still had the kill screen. And delaying the game to fix it? Robocop on C64 had a glitch that messed up the graphics on level 6. They "fixed it" by giving level 5 an impossible to complete timelimit. Dennis the Menace on Amiga didnt have time to program the last boss. Instead or getting more time, they decided to end the game with a hole that is too long to jump over. Mickey Mania on Snes got a few places where you can crash the game. Instead of delaying the development, they changed the crash handler into a "you found a secret time skip" that will either reload the same level or the next.
