I also did engineering and found grad school easier. I think it was just my mentality though, undergrad I was 18 w/ all my friends and there to party. Grad school was after I had worked a couple years and I knew I was there to get the degree, I was a lot more responsible

Meanwhile the state just filed their motion last week to dismiss the federal case Disney brought, and the State case should decide the outcome. We should know the result of that in 30 to 60 days.

There is no reason at all to think Disney is winning in these two lawsuits.

If you've seen it, you'll know that it's pretty much one of the top "it's a tweest!" movies and Nolan has tried to incorporate that in a lot of his recent movies, to the point where I'm surprised he hasn't gotten flak for it the same way M Night Shyamalan has. But for all the twists, they've either fallen flat or not come up as satisfyingly as Prestige, with Tenet being one of the bigger culprits.

The Following and Memento had a big twist at the end and those came out long before The Prestige, it is definitely something Nolan likes to include in his stories. He also has plenty of movies (Dunkirk, Oppenheimer, Dark Knight trilogy, Inception) that don't have any major twist though. I would hardly say Nolan is chasing after that crazy twist like M Night when The Prestige was actually one of his least successful movies.

The 4 main dungeons and their bosses are way more different from each other than the BOTW ones. There are also a boat load of cave mini dungeons that are built a lot more like mazes w/ tons of hidden rooms and secrets. Not really sure what else you could want.

Oil has gone up from $70 to $83/bbl over the last month. The more optimistic people get about no recession, the more oil demand goes up, the higher the price for oil goes up.

All evidence points to this being Goku/Gohan/Vegeta/Trunks post ROSAT training. USSJ Vegeta or Trunks would smoke 13/16/17/18 with ease, let alone Goku and Gohan. Piccolo was also fused with Kami, who was at least equal to 17 (if this was before he trained in the ROSAT too). In the movie, Broly wipes the floor with all of them at the same time.

It's pretty clear at this point he has no idea what he's doing. He planned a trilogy. Then he got so wrapped up in his own world building that he just kept making the series longer and longer and now he can't figure out a satisfying way to bring everything back together.

This is most likely true. He had a bunch of trouble in Dance with Dragons trying to figure out Dany's story timeline in Mereen. I bet he made some decisions in that book that he really wants to change now, and has written himself into a corner.

Eggs and egg whites are a great source of protein w/ low calories, you can buy those Egg Beater things in the carton and make scrambled eggs, 20g of protein per 100 calories. Hardboiled eggs are another easy way to get protein in, just a single egg white has a whopping 4g of protein and only 18 calories.

I drink 2 protein shakes a day, one with 25 g of vegan protein and 1 with 50 g of a casein/whey mix. My stomach doesn't do great w/ just whey, so I throw in the vegan protein shake.

Chicken breasts are also very high protein/low calorie, I'm sure you are aware. I'm on a cut now and Tilapia/Cod are great for dinner. Tilapia is 23g protein/112 calories per filet, so I eat 2 for dinner. Or I eat 1/3 lb of 96/4 lean ground beef, I got a home made low calorie sloppy joe recipe I love

Bruce Lee actually was a pioneer in his time of adding 3 days of weight lifting into his normal fighter training, as well as drinking 2 protein shakes per day, even drinking raw eggs and raw hamburger shakes. He ran 4-5 miles every morning, martial arts training for a few hours every day, and weight lifting 3 days a week, I am sure he was eating more than 4,000 calories and 200 grams of protein per day.

If he wanted to get swole he would have benefitted a lot more from dialing the running/martial arts training way back, and lifting a lot more. It's hard to put on a lot of muscle when you are burning so many calories per day on cardio.

3:40 to 5:30 talks about how much protein per meal your body can absorb. There is a study showing that people eating a 70g protein meal after a workout got more muscle growth than those eating a 35g meal.

Summary is the science isn't totally clear on how much protein we can eat per meal, but its generally agreed on eating 3 to 5 high protein meals per day for best results, and total protein per day is a lot more important than how many meals you eat.

I would try increasing your daily protein if you aren't satisfied with your gains, 160 g of protein per day is pretty low. Even on a cut I eat over 220 g of protein per day. Definitely on the higher end, but good news is there really isn't any negative effect to going over on protein.

The first Guardians movie was also pretty sad with a 10 year old boy having to watch his mother die of cancer in front of him, and when she reaches out to her son one last time he runs away, leaving her hanging and breaking her heart in her last moments alive.

Getting some emotional high off "the pump" is a bit of a myth, especially for most normal lifters. Your muscles do get bigger during/after exercise, so it does feel good sometimes to look at your muscles and feel some accomplishment that you are making gains. Body dysmorphia is extremely common in most competitive bodybuilders and people in the fitness industry though, they are completely obsessed with how their muscles look, so they are far more dependent on getting that feeling of making gains, no longer being small, etc. That is probably why "The Pump" got so popular.

As far as working out alone vs. with a group, I like both. Working out alone, I can get all my lifts done faster, and I like just listening to music and being in my own head for 45 minutes. In a group is nice because I am way more motivated and get a way better workout usually w/ others motivating/spotting, but it takes a lot longer.

People who complain about Uber putting cab companies out of business don't remember how truly shitty cabs used to be.

To go out on the weekend, we would have to call the cab company an hour in advance, usually needing 2 cabs to fit our group. Half the time only 1 cab would show up, or none at all, and you would have to call again and wait. When you wanted to go home when the bars closed, it was usually a massive shit show with everyone trying to wave down a cab, we were usually better off walking several blocks to a less crowded area to wave one down.

Most cab drivers also only accepted cash. If you didn't have cash on you, you were just SOL. I have had to take a few taxis to an ATM first to pull out cash in order to even get home. Drivers would also usually not even turn their meter on, just be like "Oh you are going to this address half a mile away? Alright, $25 cash."

Uber (X in particular) was a godsend when it came out. Usually half the price of a taxi, you just plug your address right into the app, you can see how far away your driver is, and the best part is all payments are just credit card and taken care of automatically. Now that Uber costs have gotten so inflated, it could be a good time for cab companies to come back and get some market share if they can offer cheaper rides.
